Andy Wang

Andy has been working on web application development since 2005. From year 2008, he started to be a pure Ruby/Rails engineer. After joined in Intridea in 2011, he became an experienced web system maker with full stack of knowledge including both frontend and backend technologies. Andy writes tech blog and life blog for many years, he also wrote some company official blogs when needed. Andy is enthusiastic about open source projects and love to share knowledge and passion with people around him. In Andy's spare time, he is a sports lover, he ever finished 2008 Beijing Marathon full competition and finished a cycling travel in Jul. 2003 from Beijing to Xi'an in China, between which the distance is more than 1300km. When Andy is not learning something, he must be playing basketball or walking around with his Fitzip.

Brandon Hunter

Bryan Cunningham

Lifelong learner. Bryan is a UI engineer on a mission to create elegant application experiences. He eats HTML/slim/haml & CSS/sass for breakfast and implements designs in Rails, Ember, and Angular in his sleep. Bryan's passion for building modern web and mobile applications is impressive and he's got the chops to prove it. Coming off eight years in the healthcare industry, Bryan got the itch for web development after a series of online tutorials (Team Treehouse + Code Academy). Teaching himself on the weekends, and challenging himself with a variety of side projects, he quickly saw the potential to turn this into more than a pastime. Bryan took the leap into full time web development with an apprenticeship at Neo Innovation, and eventually made his way to Intridea. At Intridea, Bryan continues to amaze and surprise. With an knack for the unconventional, he brings an added and necessary element to the UX team. We love out of the box thinkers, and he fits that bill perfectly.

Demetri Ganoff

Demetri's fascination for frontend development started at an early age. Throughout his adolescent years, Demetri was fully immersed in the tech scene, from various high school programs to building custom computers and websites. Post high school Demetri pursued a degree in Digital Media at University of Central Florida. During his time at UCF, he refined his skills in both the creative and technical aspects of web development, quickly landing himself an internship with HD Supply. Within a few years, Demetri moved up the ranks, transitioning from intern to tech lead for HD Supply's enterprise mobile development team. During his time at HDS, Demetri developed HDS's first responsive web app, jumpstarted their Angular development, and worked with their many lines of business to develop productivity and marketing apps. At Intridea, Demetri brings that same tenacity. As one of our expert UI developers, Demetri is our guy for all Javascript and Angular projects. Demetri is more than just a tech guy though, in his free time you might find him backpacking Canyonlands (127 Hours style), skiing the Utah slopes or relaxing to some Jim Gaffigan stand-up. Needless to say, we like him.

Jeff Pelletier

Jeff Pelletier has been designing and developing websites since the 90's. Over this time, he has worked for technology and content companies, and is currently a UI Engineer at Intridea. Prior to Intridea, Jeff worked with tech startup Punchbowl, where he was responsible for the front-end development of many Punchbowl web apps, including enabling the front-end of Punchbowl's digital invitations for touch devices. Before his time at Punchbowl, Jeff worked on variety of projects that touch the mobile web or app space, including projects with Automattic, Brightcove and Oomph. He spent three years working remotely for NESN in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, and is fluent in Brazilian Portuguese. Jeff is the author of Mobile App Manual: The Blueprint, a book for designers looking to learn how to start building their own mobile apps using PhoneGap and jQuery Mobile. Jeff is a proud alumni of the University of Massachusetts, and currently lives in Framingham, MA, with his wife and three children. In his spare time he likes to read, run, play basketball and kick a mean beat on the drums.

Maggie Lubberts

With a background in public speaking, and a passion for customer satisfaction and quality software, Maggie has been an unstoppable force at Intridea since 2009. During her time as QA and community manager, she fell in love with process improvement and agile development, paving the way to her role as senior project manager, and eventually director of client services. She leads remote developers and designers and enjoys turning disconnected groups of folks into teams with a common goal; excellent software development and delivery. Believing that caring creates quality, Maggie knows what it takes to effectively manage both clients and engineers. In the last few years, she's managed projects ranging from big idea startups and Fortune 400 companies, to research institutes with buckets of data to visualize! Earning the nickname "Finisher", Maggie's ability to step up, dig in, and help push projects to the finish line is what makes her an invaluable player. When she's not managing teams of talented developers you might find her rooting the newest phone, riding her bright yellow moped, or spending time with her fiancé and dogs in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Marc Garrett - Chief Strategy Officer

Marc is a MITX award-winning solutions architect. Prior to joining Intridea, Marc was Vice President of Interactive Development at Bridgeline Digital. Marc has developed web solutions for the National Children's Museum, the Washington Redskins, Hooked on Phonics, and Congressional Quarterly. The author and editor of numerous programming titles, Marc was also instrumental in architecting the Maine Learning Technology Initiative, a program that distributed Apple laptops to every seventh grade student in the state of Maine. Marc holds a Juris Doctor from American University, Washington College of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Georgia. He has worked in New York, Washington DC, and Singapore.

Michael Bleigh

Michael has been with Intridea since 2007 and works to build Intridea's portfolio of products. With many years of experience working as both a designer and a developer, Michael specializes in helping to bridge the gap between the back-end development and the front-end design of a project. Michael is a prolific member of the Ruby on Rails community, having released popular open source libraries such as OmniAuth and spoken at conferences including RailsConf and RubyConf.

Mike DelGuidice

Mike Tierney

  • Director of UI Engineering
A dedicated user experience developer with nearly a decade of experience building complex web applications, Mike has worked with startups, colleges and design agencies, always with a focus on creating quality interactive experiences. Mike is a proud alumni of the University of Arizona, studying Visual Communications with an emphasis on Illustration. He spent several years working at startups, including Onehub and doxo, as both a UI designer and a developer. He is passionate about design, illustration, and good code. Although his primary focus is on front-end development, he's an experienced ruby programmer as well. At doxo he built a comprehensive UI framework that eventually worked in harmony across multiple web applications and marketing web sites. His work eventually transitioned in to leading UI design for the company in addition to his work as a developer. He currently lives in Seattle, WA where he spends his free time running, working on projects with the Seattle Ruby Brigade, painting, drawing, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with his wife and small (but mighty) dog.

Randy Weber

To say web development is a passion of Randy's is an understatement. From the moment the "family computer" was brought home - Randy's curiosity for code was unstoppable! From ingesting every book, article, and tutorial related to web development to signing up for as many free hosting sites as possible, Randy quickly realized this intrigue was much more than a hobby. Jumping to college, Randy pursued an Information, Sciences and Technology degree at Penn State University. Here Randy honed his skills as a web developer and quickly caught the attention of his first employer TRC Interactive. From there Randy would steadily climb the ranks, adding on to his developer toolbelt with positions at Tyco Electronics, TrueAction, MapQuest, and most recently GeoDecisions. At Intridea, Randy brings his enthusiasm and expertise in SPA, jQuery, and Angularjs to our web development team; adding a extra level of precision, intuitive development, and creativity to our projects. As for hobbies, Randy enjoys reading about technology (of course!), watching sports (Go Eagles!), and spending time with his family.

Roc Yu

Roc has been doing web development for several years using technologies like Ruby/Rails, RSpec, and jQuery. In addition to programming in Ruby/Rails he also codes in Python/appengine. He is Mac lover, a terminal fan and is interested in UI/UX.
