INTERJURIS DA offers a wide range of legal advice to commercial and private clients. Our office is in Kristiansand, the "capital" of South Norway... We concentrate on company law and transactions (M&A), building and construction, drafting commercial contracts relating to trade, industry and service providing companies, financing, employment law and intellectual property rights... As legal advisers, we find it most important to prevent and minimise disputes. This we do best by assisting in creating plain and predictable contracts. When a dispute arise, our target is always to search for solutions based on sound legal advice. We have substantial experience in appearing before the courts. Nevertheless, our basic approach to all disputes is to assist clients in finding solutions, rather than to initiate costly legal proceedings.
