David King joined King Properties Unlimited in June 2019. He is a member of the Cape Fear Realtors organization and has a keen interest in Brunswick and New Hanover county. David looks to serve clients in both the listing side as well as the buying side of the business. David's family have roots in Onslow and Craven counties and he is very excited about the growth potential that now exits in eastern North Carolina. David's background is in technology sales and marketing and will contine a consulting business in this area. David has a long term relationship with Cheri King at King Properties Unlimited and is looking forward to becoming part of their growth in a vibrant market.

Jeff Simmons joined King Properties Unlimited in January 2019 and has been a licensed Realtor with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission since 2006. "I love the Wilmington area and am so excited to be associated with King Properties and its team of real estate professionals." In addition to working with buyers and sellers in the Wilmington area, Jeff worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years as a banker and a Registered Investment Advisor.
