The NICD is part of the VSN a global network of websites, established by the World Health Organization, that provides reliable information on vaccine safety. It is a network of a diverse group of digital information resources (websites and social media), VSN members, located in countries around the world and providing scientifically based information on vaccine safety in various languages... The NCR is mandated to establish Population-Based Cancer Registries for South Africa. The findings are published annually, after undergoing stringent vetting processes. We at the NICD support the work of the NCR and host each year's findings on our site... (NICD) aims to keep you updated with relevant and current information concerning COVID-19 in South Africa.
