DEALER SPIKE - Key Persons

Barb Davies started this business in March of 1958. Together they grew the business. Started selling a boat and a few motors and their office was in a water heater closet of a bowling alley. They then rented a building and sold boats, motors, trailers, Christmas trees and snowmobiles in the winter to stay afloat. Along the way they also sold pop up campers and even motor homes. Then in 1974 they built their very own building on land that they had purchased in the 60's that was on the Rock River and just up the street from the Mighty Mississippi River. A year later they added on to the building as business boomed. They now have 3 acres of boats, motors and trailers. Their son started working in the business at a very early age. Along the way their two daughters joined in. Ted will be 101 on the fourth of July 2020. Family owned and operated since the day they opened their doors.
