Harm Reduction International (HRI) is a leading charity dedicated to reducing the negative health, social and legal impacts of drug use and drug policy. The charity promotes the rights of people who use drugs and their communities through research and advocacy to help achieve a world where drug policies and laws contribute to healthier, safer societies... Through our Harm Reduction International Conference we have been expanding our audience to encompass a broader range of disciplines. CONSTELLATIONS has allowed us to reach new audiences; both those whose work is tangentially related to harm reduction and the general public... For 31 years, we have brought you the Harm Reduction International Conference - the main global forum for the exchange of information at the intersection of human rights, public health and drug policy; a place for the international harm reduction community to gather. HR23, our next in-person event, will take place in Melbourne in April 2023.
