Along with being a Director in Coldwell Banker Southbank, Shakar also runs an accountancy and tax practice Elan & Co Chartered Certified Accountants from the same premises and provides property consultancy to clients of Coldwell Banker. Shakar has personally developed residential commercial and hotel property and clients and understands how to grow a property portfolio in London from zero, releasing equity, raising finance, managing risk, implementing tax efficient strategies and corporate structures, and assessing return on investment.
