Alison Skilbeck has been a trainer with RADA Business from the start. She is an actress, director, and writer, and for 25 years a freelance Associate Teacher at RADA, specialising in Shakespeare and serving on the admissions panel.
She has a degree in Spanish and French from Oxford University, and trains in both languages, most recently in Paris, Madrid and Mexico.
Her stage career has taken her from Alan Ayckbourn's company to the West End, to Europe, and with Shakespeare tours to the US. Her television work ranges from Sherlock Holmes via Soldier Soldier and Doctor Who to Call the Midwife.
Her continuing acting career, in particular her three 5-star one-woman shows, exposes her to the fears experienced by clients, and to dealing with wildly differing audiences.
Alison works with the full range of RADA Business clients, from UCL to Stella McCartney and Bulgari, in full-day and one-to-one sessions.

Andrew has worked as course director of RADA's Foundation Course and Drama Centre London's MA in European Classical Acting, and as an associate tutor on the MA in Playwriting at Goldsmiths, University of London. He has also taught acting for dancers at the English National Ballet, text, voice and scene study at Shakespeare's Globe and rehearsal processes and techniques for TV and film at Wimbledon Theatre. He holds a BA (Hons) in English and German and an MA in Text and Performance Studies (with distinction) from King's College London and RADA.
Andrew's communications skills training for business includes presentation coaching for Deutsche Bank's equity derivatives department and AMV BBDO Ltd; leading extended courses in the Middle East; and regularly coaching executives at Ted Baker, preparing them to present new lines of clothing to the rest of the company. He also works with numerous pharmaceutical, energy and media clients.
Andrew is an established director of theatre and short films, winning a Shortcutz London award for The Babysitter. His books include An Attitude for Acting: How to Survive and Thrive as an Actor (written with Dr Tara Swart) and Genre: Guide to Writing for Stage and Screen.

Kath Burlinson PhD is a communications skills coach with extensive experience of leading training and development programmes. Kath's work supports individuals to increase personal impact, authenticity and presence. She has delivered speaker training for conferences at executive and CEO level, and brings her skills as a professional theatre director to working practically with business people.
Kath's background includes eight years lecturing at the University of Southampton, co-founding and running an internationally touring theatre company, and founding a national workshop programme, the Authentic Artist. She has worked in artistic, educational and business contexts in the UK, USA, Canada, Russia, France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Ireland, the Netherlands and Australia.
Kath's clients include: Goldman Sachs Global Leadership Program, Greene King, Digital Europe, Capgemini, Oxera and many others. For RADA she has designed and delivered training for BIS, BEIS, MoD, NHS, Atkins and more.
Kath brings energy, compassion, humour and integrity to all her work.
