Andy Chambers

Andy Chambers is one of the rare few originally from Tennessee. As a true native, Andy attended and graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Chemistry. Following graduation, he pursued a career as an assistant chemist at the Environmental Science Corporation in his hometown of Mt. Juliet. While in the field he worked testing for metals in soils, groundwater, and drinking water. Inspiration struck for a new career after Andy attended an industrial trade show at the Opryland Hotel. Andy took on a new role as an Assembly Specialist with a distributor in Birmingham, AL; who was starting an Engineered Solutions division. In this position, Andy traveled to some of the largest manufacturing and automotive assembly plants in the southeast, serving as a project manager for material handling, torque, and fluid handling applications. His time in this industry allowed him to develop an impressive skill set as a highly effective problem solver. Andy has worked with Engineers on impressive projects at Nissan, Toyota, Hyundai, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, Trane, Nucor, GE, EZ-GO, and many more. He would parlay this knowledge and become the #1 distribution sales rep in the state of Mississippi for products such as Ingersoll Rand, Estic, Zimmerman Rail, Harrington Hoist, and many more in the state of Mississippi. COVID drastically changed Andy's paradigm on work-life balance, and he realized the importance of valuing family, friendship, and personal relationships. Andy moved back to TN to pursue entrepreneurial ventures in the real estate market where he could live and work near friends and family. In 2023, Andy received his real estate license and joined The Ashton Real Estate Group of RE/MAX Advantage where he aims to bring world-class problem-solving to the housing market. He brings a wealth of knowledge and skills from his former careers into his journey in real estate. As an effective communicator with a deep understanding of the local community, Andy is a rising star in the Nashville scene.
