Jeff has a broad-based banking background, spanning manufacturing, real estate and agricultural lending over his 30 year career. He and the entire team at Hutchinson will work together to provide exceptional full service support for bank customers. Kyle Wahlin leads the growth and development of the C&I (Commercial and Industrial) and SBA Lending team. With extensive experience in Commercial and Business Banking, Kyle is well versed in the challenges and tactics that can help businesses succeed. Kyle understands that a combination of knowledge and strategy honed over time, and the ability to develop a strong relationship based on trust, opens the door to a healthy consultative partnership. Personal successes have led Kyle to build high performing teams that are driven to find their individualized winning formulas. Much like his business banking relationships, in his role as Commercial Banking Manager, his mentorship philosophy on strategy and execution is realized by providing the right tools and resources. Todd joined the organization in 2011, and has been an important contributor to the growth of MidCountry Bank.
