Benjamin Gärtner holds a degree in business administration with focus in logistics from the University of Applied Sciences Regensburg. He has experience in international acting companies in the automotive industry. In aurea, Benjamin is concentrating on logistics and operational tasks. Additionally he is assisting the executive management in terms of controlling and economic subjects.
Dieter Ergenzinger is our most experienced specialist for horticulture, market gardening and plant breeding. He started his career with a classical apprenticeship in gardening. After that he studied at University of Weihenstephan and earned a degree as Diplom-Ingenieur (FH). Afterwards he was member of the senior management of an international acting company for seedlings. Dieter has many years of wide experience in sales and support of companies in horticulture and market gardening. He shows special skills in development of sales activities and regions. Since 1991 he is representing with his own company foreign and German companies in the field of plant breeding. His hobbies are traveling, tennis and golf.
Hubert Gärtner is acting as Managing Director of aurea systems GmbH. Hubert has long-time and successful achievements in international sales and business development for complex products. He worked globally with focus on Western and Eastern European countries as well as the U.S. Hubert has long experience in project management and handling of big cross border businesses. Hubert´s focus is on business development, sales and supporting the partners. One of his "hobbies" is the execution of trials for Mycorrhiza in different agricultural ecosystems. His intimacy in India is well known and he loves most the region of Goa.
