The Northern Wasatch Home Builders Association joined us in our journey soon after and helped take our project to a new level. With their help, we have been able to build new construction homes in Davis and Weber counties every year since. Our new homes are still discounted substantially; this is made possible by our builders and subcontractors that donate their supplies, services and labor hours. The REALTORS® and Affiliates further help to make our homes more affordable by hosting fundraisers throughout the year, and by collecting donations from individuals and local business; all funds raised go directly to the Have A Heart homes... The N.W.A.O.R. (and UAR, NAR) help to make it much easier for us Realtors to have cooperative success. As a passionate R.P.A.C. Member and Major Donor I have seen 1 st hand how much our local, state, and federal Political Action Committee protects us. For this reason, I have been involved as a Volunteer with the Board for the majority of my real estate..
