Chris has a vast experience running a finance function within the recruitment sector on an international level. Terry co-founded Clear Edge in 2011 and holds joint responsibility for the day to day running of the business, whilst also developing and implementing strategic growth plans. He was the key driver in launching the iGaming division and is responsible for leading this area of the business. Within iGaming, Terry still plays an active role in supporting partners with their senior level recruitment needs.
Having established Clear Edge more than 10 years ago, Tom takes duel responsibility for running the business, managing sales teams and recruiting for his clients when time permits! Tom helps set and drive the strategic growth plans of the business, including opening an international office recently.
