Who am I? I'm a Colorado native, love being outside, reading, and baking. When I'm not working or coaching, I am usually spending time with my fiancé and our rescue dog Benji!... Why do I coach? Lacrosse has been one of the most important and influential aspects of my life since I first picked up a stick in 2006. I grew up watching the local high school practice behind my house and knew this sport was something I wanted to try. Once I was old enough, my dad signed me up for a youth league and so began my time as a lacrosse player... I went on to play with Team 180 for six years, primarily as a midfielder and defender. At my high school I was a 4-year varsity starter, a 2-year captain, and I still hold the school record for interceptions.
