We are a family based real estate investment company specialized in real estate transaction, new single family home construction, accessory dwelling unit (ADU) construction, and residential home remodeling. Our contractor, Yusheng Song, has been working in construction field since 2012. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English. He completed high school and bachelor degree in his home country Canada. In addition to his Canadian B.Sc. degree in Math, Yusheng also completed HVAC and construction management degrees in California, USA. L Brothers Investment Group has worked on over 20 residential home projects in the past 2 years including a whole single family property rebuild and several ADU constructions.
