We work with nurses and social workers who submit individual requests to Little Smiles to help children during the time they need it most... During our signature "Junk Food Runs," we deliver snacks and special treats to kids who are in facilities we work with... Little Smiles helps heal hearts and create little smiles by providing gifts and fun activities to children impacted by serious illness, homelessness or tragedy.
