RELIASOFT RISK

The ReliaSoft Risk, Reliability, and Maintainability Research Alliance was officially established in November of 2007 with a gift of over $700,000 in cash and software support from ReliaSoft Corporation to the Department of Industrial Engineering at the University of Arkansas. The software donation provides engineering students access to state-of-the-art tools in the areas of risk, reliability and maintainability. The cash portion of the donation will be used to purchase computing equipment to create a collaborative research and learning center in the areas of risk, reliability and maintainability within the college. In addition, the grant will be used to "seed" graduate and undergraduate research in the respective areas.
