Amit Kumar Jaiswal

Amit is a Post Graduate in Computer Application and has been involved in various industry segments specializing in the travel business. In his previous assignments, he has been instrumental in timely deliveries, managed and led his team to a successful implementation of the integration plans resulting victorious roll-out of destination management softwares & Integration solutions in multiple geographies around the globe. In Sriggle, Amit leads the integration team and oversees overall API integrations with clients, inventory or support partners and online platforms. He is responsible for the development and operations of the system-to-system interfaces, dataflows, APIs, and integration middleware within the fastest growing destination management softwares in India and overseas. Amit acts as a primary contact for any vendors or support partners and leads the selection of specialist integration technology required. His extensive knowledge in integration and technical architecture aids the development of the APIs. In his integration approach and patterns, Amit uses his technical management skills through the delivery lifecycle to plan and manage the transitions and dependencies and also manages any 3rd parties involved. He is a calm and patient personality who eventually build a strong skilled API team during his overall working tenure with Sriggle.

Kapil Sharma

Kapil strives to deliver data-driven solutions in his designs while keeping up with trends to move clients ahead and keep them relevant. Always looking out for what's in and what's out when it comes to design, Kapil is constantly reading books and articles on creativity and strategy to better himself and his team. His experience has led him to work with clients such as TUI and Holidayme. Despite this design-focused background, Kapil has always written code and goes so far as to profess there is no divide between the concept and the tool (they are one and the same). Therefore, his designs always consider the code, and his code always considers the design.

Rob Levy - COO

  • As Chief Operating Officer, Rob Has Responsibilities Covering Company Strategy, Communications, Product and Project Management. He Is Based in Switzerland
Rob contributes a wealth of destination management softwares experience from a range of positions. Before joining Sriggle, Rob worked in project and program management with Kuoni Group and IATA. At Kuoni, Rob led several significant ecommerce developments for group firms including destination management, destination management softwares and tour operators. At IATA, Rob was responsible for the Asia Pacific region in the successful 100% ET project, worked on NDC and business intelligence. Rob started his career in real time high transaction volume software development working for airlines and travel industry firms including British Airways, Qantas, Atraxis, Amadeus and Galileo. He holds a BSc in Chemistry and Computing from King's College London, and an MBA from Manchester Business School. Rob is also an experienced project manager holding PMP, PRINCE2 and MSP accreditations. Rob, a born and bred Londoner, is a British national, and speaks English and French.

Sam Tucker - Chief Strategy Officer

Sam provides strategic direction, policy guidance, and consultancy. Based in Switzerland, Sam has 3 decades of experience driving innovation and stability for complex IT infrastructures while leading global expansion for companies in the Travel, Aviation, Manufacturing, and Telecommunication industries. Sam has held numerous roles in the travel industry. Sam spent 23 years at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) where he travelled the globe learning IT systems, organizational cultures, and how things work in each country. At EDS, he managed flight operations systems for major airlines such as Eastern and Continental. Sam also served as Chief of Staff for the $60 million acquisition of Swissair's IT firm Atraxis in Zurich, Switzerland. This acquisition was a key component of the creation of a Travel and Transportation Center of Competence in Europe for EDS. As a VP of Delivery for EDS, he led the management of mainframe and distributed systems, including management of the world's largest airline reservation system for the client Sabre. Finally, Sam spent 5 years managing the client relationship and Global IT footprint for the engine manufacturer Rolls-Royce. At Kuoni Travel Holding Ltd., Mr. Tucker served as the Vice President of Global Infrastructure Technology where he instituted a private cloud structure built specifically to increase Customer Success for the numerous brands within the Kuoni umbrella. Sam served in various senior-level positions at T-Systems where he led the transformation of a Finnish Manufacturing company's global IT to a managed service provider. This included leading the Customer Success aspects of the account including global team development and management, full IT management of 280 local sites and 20,000 client end users, as well as one of the largest SAP installations in Europe. Sam is known for his common-sense approach to issues, driving quality and innovation while building Customer satisfaction on a Global scale. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from The University of Central Florida, advanced leadership certification from Ashorne Hill College in the UK, as well as PMP, ITIL, and Scrum certification.

Sangeeta Karmakar

Sangeeta oversees all aspects of Human Resource Management. Her responsibilities cover Recruitment, Staffing, Resource Management, Workforce Analysis, Talent Retention, Compensation & Benefits and implementing the Performance Appraisal process. Keeping an eye on Statutory Compliance is one of her key challenges. Sangeeta strives to ensure internal procedures remain up to date for the betterment of the employees and the organization. She not only advises team managers but also consults with executives on strategic planning and is an important bridge between the shopfloor and senior management. Additionally, Sangeeta plans, coordinates and directs the administrative functions with a focus on quality and accuracy Her strong interpersonal and organizational skills have led her to work in large hiring projects. Keeping employees motivated, whilst meeting the strategic needs of the organization, Sangeeta is central in making destination management software a great place to work.

Sanjoy Bhattacharya - CEO, Founder

An entrepreneurial leader, he promotes employee engagement to motivate and maintain high levels of team performance. Sanjoy has a strong technical education. A PhD in Computer Science from Queens Bay University, Florida and a Masters in Computer Management from Pune University provide the foundation to his work. More recently, after a period of study at Ashridge Business School, Sanjoy achieved professional accreditation in Change Management. For more than a decade Sanjoy worked at Swiss head quartered multi-national, Kuoni Travel Group, including as Vice President and Head - Global IT. At Kuoni, he was responsible for managing global technology and infrastructure. Having experience from the ground up of developing and rolling out business applications across the 4 continents equipped Sanjoy with the practical tools and pragmatism required to move technology forward in the ever-challenging operational environment of the destination management software. Having held responsibilities for markets in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, South East Asia, South America, Switzerland, the US and India, Sanjoy brings a truly global perspective to his work to the benefit of Sriggle's diverse clients. ‘'Sanjoy is the leader behind the strategy, development, and daily planning at SRIGGLE. Swadesh Tiwari

Swadesh is a Computer Science graduate specialized in developing destination management softwares in the destination management softwares. He had been instrumental and led the team responsible for the development and successful roll-out of travel solutions for the leading destination management softwares around the globe across multiple geographies. As a Principal Architect in Sriggle, Swadesh has responsibilities covering Database development, operations of the Database team, end to end requirement gathering from the global clients, understanding their needs and pain areas, oversee the technical aspects of all the projects and end to end delivery of the various projects handled at the same time. Additionally, he also manages the front-end development. Swadesh supports in developing new product lines and upgrading existing products. His vast experience in the domain provides technical guidance to development teams in developing and enforcing technical standards, including software coding standards, tools and platforms. His dynamic approach to work ensures best practices in destination management software functionality, usability, reliability and availability. He is best known for building positive customer relationship and has received numerous appreciations. He plays an important role in providing demonstration of the product to the potential customers and attends meetings, presentations to represent the company. He is always open to share new ideas, participates and provides appropriate recommendations for design, code, test plan reviews as needed, proposes most effective architectural solutions to meet cost, quality and schedule requirements.

Vinita Samant

Vinita holds a substantial experience in handling clients, providing support and training. Working with destination management software, Vinita is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and user experience. She takes care of product support for clients and handles user queries, escalations via various business communication mediums. She is a major link between our clients and technical team. She acts as a first "Point of Contact" for solving complex business gaps with clients. Vinita is an empathetic trainer who understands the needs of clients from all requisitions. Her happy to help nature has led her achieve intensive understanding of various clients and their specific pain areas. She educates the individual users with respect to the utilization of the system resulting business growth. One of the key challenge for Vinita is to provide solution with least "Turn Around Time" and she strives to make it swiftly with each query she receives in. She is a versatile conversationalist who always exceeds our expectations in keeping our client's content and indeed, is an asset to the organization.
