Keith Jakes

For 41 years, Keith built an impressive career marketing and selling all aspects of real estate with particular emphasis in the areas of commercial, investment and agricultural properties. Be it shopping centres from Smithers to Kelowna, numerous apartment and multifamily rental buildings in the Okanagan, mobile home parks, office/retail buildings or industrial, Keith has developed an extensive knowledge in all aspects of these areas of real estate. Keith excels in agricultural properties with a special interest in vineyards and wineries. He was successful in selling the Okanagan's largest vineyard, Shannon Pacific, with almost 500 acres of land located between Oliver and Osoyoos, along with the sale of several estate wineries. Keith has assisted many professional clients in the "sale and leaseback" of commercial property for tax purposes. Keith excels in the field of income analysis on various commercial projects. In the field of development, Keith has personally built both high rise multifamily condominiums and commercial offices.

Natasha Badger

Natasha was born in Penticton, moved away from the area, only to return to what she feels is the best place to live and raise a family. Natasha is a homeowner that has invested in her family's future in Penticton. She fully understands that both financially and personally, there is a lot at stake for her client's real estate transactions. It is this perspective that drives her to truly be an expert real estate advisor. As a trusted real estate advisor, Natasha understands that selling and/or buying a home is a complex, deeply personal, and sometimes stressful time in people's lives. She understands that it is her responsibility to proactively navigate and manage the negotiations and paperwork in order to make it as seamless a process as possible for her clients. As a seller, you want to effectively market your home and then negotiate to secure the highest possible price and cleanest terms for the sale. As a buyer, you want a patient, yet assertive partner to help buy the right home for you, at the best possible price. In other words, you want to make sure you don't leave any money on the table. This is where Natasha steps in, to partner with you as your consultant, negotiator and project manager. Natasha graduated from the University of Victoria (Victoria, BC.), with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. She possesses an exemplary and extensive background in Customer Service, where she brings valuable knowledge and experience from her 10 years working in the financial sector and the last 6 years as a real estate professional. Natasha started working with John Green as the Office Manager in 2016. In this role, she streamlined the back-end administrative processes that assist her in ensuring all clients get an unsurpassed and supported experience. In 2021, Natasha took her real estate knowledge to the next level and successfully obtained her Real Estate License. She has been mentored by some of the best in the business, and she enjoys working with first time home buyers, people relocating to the area, downsizing, upsizing, and everyone in between. She understands the intricacies and many variables that can be involved in each real estate transaction. It is with this experience and knowledge, that she can anticipate and prepare mitigation strategies in order to keep each purchase or sale on track. While there may be times of significant pressure during a phase of the selling or purchasing process, Natasha has demonstrated that she can keep calm under pressure, whilst ensuring that there is always forward momentum in this dynamic environment.
