TROOP 101 NOBLESVILLE

We have a strong tradition of youth leadership development and we support our boys in operating the Troop using the Patrol Method. Our goal is to train our youth to succeed in a way that models successful leadership and responsibility so our next generation of youth can smoothly transition into positions of increasing responsibility. We encourage frequent Patrol Leader's conferences to support our youth in developing vision and leadership... Lastly, we have an active and year round outdoor program. Nature is a wonderful teacher. The challenges of an outdoor program teach a young man responsibility, confidence and leadership skills that will last a lifetime. We strive to maintain a balance of fun and education in our outdoor program. You can't spell "Scouting" without "outing"!... Welcome to Troop 101!
