Arpan Rawal is the Head of Strategy & Execution at Aryaanya. He is a Civil Engineer from Gujarat University as well as, he is also an alumnus of Symbiosis Pune, where he has done his post-graduation in business administration. With him, he brings 15+ years of experience in overseeing 100+ projects of various scales and supervising the entire project cycle commencing from design concepts to its operations. His aim & career objective is to recreate the "MANTRAS" of the existing related field and execute it in an Innovative/Adaptive way sticking to the fundamentals. Arpan's good hold on projects brings significant value and creates benchmarks for future generations. He firmly believes in the coexistence of traditional technologies from the proven era of construction along with the modern-day fast-growing execution technologies /methodologies.
When people tend to retire, Kirit Patel at the age of 61 established ARYAANYA, a Project Management Consultancy firm - in November, 2015. Kirit Patel having worked with National & International Architects, and Consultants on multidisciplinary projects in different parts of the country brings a lot of experience to the organization. In his career spanning above 4 decades, Mr. Patel ARYAANYA has worked with leading developers and has helped in the conceptualization, development, construction, management and marketing of real estate projects. People know him as a leader who is always full of enthusiasm, proactive and hearty approach towards everything in life. Quality is his Habit and Punctuality is his top of all Virtue. His Smiling face spreads happiness everywhere he goes. He lives the "I CAN I WILL" spirit. Mr. Patel was a student of the reputed Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya, from where he obtained his Bachelors in Civil Engineering.
Lijoy Jose is the Director of Aryaanya Group. In this role, he is responsible for charting out the strategy and vision for Marketing, Business Development, Project Acquisitions, Alliances & Supplier Relationship Management, Risk Analysis & Mitigation Planning. While at work, Lijoy leads the business development team guiding them to utilize proven tactics and building a consultative partnership approach with the customers. He also holds the responsibility of maintaining relationships with channel partners, developers, suppliers across India. Under his farsighted leadership, Aryaanya has won many key contracts and established a reputable brand image in a short period of time. Before joining Aryaanya, Lijoy was working with a Texas-Based Multinational Business Process Outsourcing company in a leadership role where he was holding the responsibility of coordinating with multiple Fortune 50 companies for achieving their set targets, guiding the team to achieve desired numbers, and optimizing the existing processes for improving productivity. During his tenure at Etech Global Services, he was also engaged in the business development function in the North American region.
Nikunj Gandhi has been with the company since its inception and is one of the company's strong pillars. Nikunj has a strong network of industry stakeholders. His expertise and knowledge of the entire home-buying process are truly admirable.
Sahil Nair has over ten years of experience. He has prior experience in Supply Chain Management in the Real Estate sector as well as managing business operations. He has a natural ability to lead people, and his passion for real estate is what drew him to this industry. Given his extensive experience and expertise in client management, his willingness and dedication to Aryaanya Group are commendable.
Sheetal previously was a homemaker, but her true inspiration is her husband, Mr. Nikunj Gandhi. The way in which Nikunj Gandhi (her husband) works is what inspired her to work in this industry. She has worked for the company since its inception. She is dedicated and will not leave a customer until they have arrived at their destination.
