Eric works with all municipalities throughout Florida as well as other territories throughout the US.

Wayne's remarkable operations were not only showcased in IBM industrial films but also garnered the attention of Forbes magazine and numerous other publications. OmniJet and its global subsidiaries played a pivotal role in facilitating commercial and airline transactions worldwide, catering to heads of state, royalty, celebrities, and CEOs of leading corporations.
Wayne's impact extended beyond aviation, as he ventured into the real estate industry. He played a pivotal role in the creation and development of neighborhoods, and he co-founded THE REGISTRY. Currently, Wayne serves as the CEO of Cathay Holdings, Inc., a company formed in 1977 through a transaction with the Hong Kong-based Swire Group and its subsidiaries. As a family office, it has over the years made strategic moves in hardware, software, and real estate properties by purchasing, developing, financing, and leasing on a global scale. Wayne also plays a key role as a managing member in Cathay Holdings Limited, LLC, a partnership headquartered in Orlando, Florida.
