Hendrik Bosch has more than 40 years of experience in the energy sector. His expertise covers the entire energy value chain. In 1976 he started his career as project engineer with N.V. PZEM, one of the legal predecessors of DELTA, a Dutch multi-utility company.
Hendrik Bosch is an expert in the field of power system production, transmission and distribution. His solid knowledge and broad experience of their technical, operational and organisational dimensions give him a solid foundation for various consulting tasks.
From 2002 - 2011 Hendrik Bosch was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DELTA Netwerkbedrijf, the legal predecessor of Enduris. From 2012 - 2015 he was CEO of Biomassa Centrale Moerdijk. Hendrik Bosch has an extensive network in the energy sector.

Jos Meeuwsen has more than 18 years of experience in the energy sector. His expertise covers the entire energy value chain. In 1998 he started his career as staff engineer with DELTA, a Dutch multi-utility company.
Jos Meeuwsen is an expert in the field of power system production, transmission and distribution. His analytical approach and technical knowledge make him indispensable in many projects.
Jos Meeuwsen holds an M.Sc. degree (1994) and a Ph.D. degree (1998) from Delft University of Technology and has an extensive network in the energy sector. He is member of CIGRE and KIVI.
Jos Meeuwsen is partner of D-Cision since 2007 and has contributed to many projects.

René van der Vegt is an expert in wholesale electricity and gas markets in northwest Europe. From 1998 - 2006 he served as managing director of the trading division of REMU and subsequently Eneco. As such he was responsible for the sourcing, trading and risk management of the energy portfolio and assets.
Since 2008 René van der Vegt is an independent consultant, amongst others responsible for the commercialisation of the Bergermeer Gas Storage and its related transport tariff regulations.
Rene van der Vegt holds an M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Utrecht (1988) and an MBA from the University of Bradford (1993). He also studied at Harvard Business School (2000).
Rudi Hakvoort is a high-level expert in the area of energy regulation and energy system design. He was head of the section Market Infrastructure and member of the management team of the Dutch energy regulator from 1998 to 2005. Rudi Hakvoort was responsible for gas and electricity market development, network regulation and grid investments as well as capacity allocation, congestion management and market surveillance. From 2000 - 2004 he served as chairman of the working group on Congestion Management of the Council of European Energy Regulators.
Rudi Hakvoort holds an M.Sc. degree (1989) and a Ph.D. degree (1993) from Delft University of Technology. He is part time associate professor at Delft University of Technology and trainer in several international courses on energy regulation.
Rudi Hakvoort is partner of D-Cision since 2007. He contributed to numerous projects in the Netherlands and abroad.
Willem van der Wal has unique and profound knowledge in the field of safety of natural gas transmission and distribution. From 1983 - 2002 he was employed by Gastec where he was directing research to catalytic utilization of natural gas and advising in purchasing gas. From 2000 - 2002 he was responsible for the product development at Gastec.
In 2002 he joined the Dutch energy regulator as an expert in gas infrastructure. He worked on quality regulation and the supervision of gas safety.
From 2007 - 2014 Willem van der Wal directed the supervision of gas network operators at the gas safety regulator (SodM). He developed in cooperation with the gas network operators a new standard for safety management (NTA 8120). In 2014 this business specific standard was harmonized with the ISO 55000 standard for asset management.
Willem van der Wal holds an M.Sc. (1979) and Ph.D. degree (1987) from Utrecht University.
