Callie leads Dovetail's marketing and communication function while also studying for a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Philosophy at the University of Sydney. Her design thinking and capability to distil simplicity from complex ideas bring structure and cohesion to our messaging. She enjoys working at Dovetail due to its value-led approach and the freedom to see her ideas come to life
Charlie knows the in-house legal market inside-out. A lawyer for 12 years including, 9 as in-house legal and at Dovetail since 2016. There's not much Charlie doesn't know about the challenges lawyers and clients face when looking to recruit and he uses this knowledge to ensure the process is calm and seamless.
With over 6 years of in-house legal experience, including as Head of Legal and Compliance at an ASX-listed multinational tech firm, Ros identifies with the challenges in-house lawyers face. Before practising as a lawyer, Ros worked for over 10 years in consultancy, sales, and chartered accountancy. Ros draws from this wealth of diverse experience to provide strategic, commercial, and practical perspectives and solutions. Most importantly, Ros remains deeply committed to delivering exceptional service.

Her professionalism was learnt over 15+ years at large financial organisations including Morgan Stanley and ASX. Sonia now heads up a team of four and is holding them to her high expectations, so that the clients' needs are always met.
