An eight story, 62 unit building, working within the City of Kitchener's existing zoning bylaws. This 55+ seniors' community is a combination of non-profit, subsidized housing and market rents. Two floors are comprised of Abbeyfield Canada. The Abbeyfield component is a non-profit 32-bedroom seniors' community with en-suite facilities, shared dining and sitting rooms, kitchen and laundry. Two additional floors within the building are comprised of two, three and four-bedroom apartments with en-suite facilities marketed for senior living. The remaining four floors are comprised of market rent one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom stacked townhouses and two-bedroom penthouses.
