I have over 20 years of experience as a handyman in Portland. Experience I initially gained from rebuilding my first "fixer" home and then a subsequent rental property. I'm skilled in all aspects of renovation and repair including: electrical, plumbing, demolition, flooring, painting, tiling, decks, trim work, assembly, etc... Whether a minor repair or a renovation, I deliver professional skills at a fair price. I make it a priority to get the job done right. I bill conservatively and I'm usually willing to work with my clients on a budget. Phone consultations and/or an initial site visit are free. Currently I charge $70/hr with a minimum charge of $160.
