As the CEO of Health Partnership Clinic, Amy Falk oversees the mission of providing accessible, affordable and quality health care to area children and adults at four locations in Johnson, Miami and Franklin counties in Kansas.
Since joining the federally qualified health center in March 2016, Ms. Falk has continued efforts to integrate medical, dental and behavioral health as well as expand new services including a School-Based Clinic at Shawnee Mission West High School in Overland Park, Kan., a Pediatric Walk-In Clinic at the Olathe site, and Substance Abuse and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Services. In addition, Telemedicine services are now available to patients. She has a proven management track record and has experience in safety net health services since the early 2000s.
Prior to joining Health Partnership, Ms. Falk served as executive director of Caritas Clinics, Inc. (Duchesne and Saint Vincent Clinics). In addition, Ms. Falk brings a wealth of experience in primary care management, fund development and building collaborative relationships with community organizations. Her experience also includes leadership development, Continuous Quality Improvement process, clinic model development including care teams and care coordination, and Electronic Medical Records implementation. She received her undergraduate degree at Washburn University in Topeka, Kan.
Ms. Falk currently serves as treasurer of the Kansas City Medical Society Foundation board. In addition, she is a member of the Johnson County Health Equity Network Leadership Team, United Community Services Transitional-Age Youth Planning Project Leadership Team, United Community Services KS - SOS Johnson County Continuum of Care Homeless and board and the Johnson County CHAP Access to Care Work Group. She is the past chair of the Board of Community Care Network of Kansas, the state primary care association.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, reading and traveling.

Catherine Rice joined HPC as the Vice President of Marketing and Outreach in May 2016. She is responsible for marketing, public relations, donor cultivation, outreach, volunteers and patient experience. Ms. Rice brings more than 30 years of health care marketing, public and media relations, fund development and volunteer management experience.
Since joining Health Partnership, she has initiated an employee e-newsletter, called The Heartbeat, developed a brand campaign and increased the clinic's visibility through media relations and outreach events.
Prior to joining Health Partnership in May 2016, Ms. Rice served as the Development and Communications Manager for Caritas Clinics, Inc. in Kansas City and Leavenworth, Kan. She spent a bulk of her career directing marketing and public relations at Bethany, Providence and Saint John Hospitals in Wyandotte and Leavenworth Counties. She also has worked as a marketing consultant for small businesses. Ms. Rice received her undergraduate degree in Journalism from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kan.
Ms. Rice is involved in Girl Scouts and enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family.

As Vice President of Human Resources, Denise Kelly brings more than 20 years of human resources management experience as well as familiarity working in a busy and diverse healthcare environment. At the clinic, she is responsible for employee retention, legal compliance, staff training/development as well as benefit administration, performance management and employee relations.
Prior to joining the clinic in October 2017, Denise served as the Director of Human Resources for the City of Lee's Summit. Prior to that, she worked for the Kansas City Public Schools, MAZUMA Credit Union and Saint Luke's Shawnee Mission Health System.
Denise received her undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Missouri, Kansas City, and a Master of Business Administration from Baker University, Overland Park, Kan. She is a National Chapter member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the President of the Kansas City Chapter of National Association of Human Resource Professionals (NAAAHR).
Denise is an active member in her community serving as a committee member for the Lee's Summit MLK Day of Celebration, President of the Local Chapter HR organization -NAAAHRKC, a member of the Urban Financial Coalition and a board member of Southeast High School Alumni Association.
Denise enjoys spending time reading, watching movies, listening to music and being with family.

Be all you can be and have fun at it. After travelling to 23 different countries, three deployments, commanding 30 or more soldiers and being exposed to many interesting jobs, Keith Petite has learned a few things about life and people.
And these skills have come in handy as HPC's IT guru. As the Technical Account Manager for Triggerfish Corp., which provides IT support to the clinic, Keith spends most days troubleshooting technical issues, setting up emails, installing programs and ensuring all systems (everything from computers to internet to telephones) are a go for our providers and staff.
Long before joining the clinic, Keith served in the U.S. Army. He retired in 2015 as a Sergeant First Class after 25 years of combined service Active & Reserve.
"My time in the Army taught me three very important skills that I use today," Keith says. "When working with people-no matter their walk of life-you must be very patient, unbiased and nonjudgmental. I also learned how to manage and balance the personalities of individuals, their personal life crisis such as domestic violence, personal strife and financial burdens coupled with the goals & missions of your command. These skills have been invaluable."

Kevan Acord is an attorney, licensed in the states of Kansas and Missouri, and a certified public accountant, licensed in the state of Kansas. He is the principal shareholder of BridgeBuilder Tax + Legal Services, P.A., a law firm focused on business, estate planning and tax law.
Mr. Acord serves as the tax advisor for the largest dairy cooperative in the United States. He also provides a variety of business and tax consulting services to closely held businesses and high net worth individuals. Prior to entering into private practice in 1992, Mr. Acord was employed by two national accounting firms.
He has a bachelor's degree in business administration, summa cum laude, and a juris doctorate, cum laude, from Washburn University in Topeka, Kan. Mr. Acord is a member of the American Bar Association, Kansas Bar Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants, National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives, and the Legal, Tax and Accounting Committee of the National Council of Farmers Cooperatives.
Mr. Acord joined the Health Partnership Clinic Board of Directors in 2017.

Ms. Brenda McLaughlin has served as Chief Financial Officer since February 2016. At Health Partnership Clinic, she is responsible for all financial operations including financial accounting, revenue cycle and grants management.
Since joining Health Partnership, she has transitioned the organization to a new financial accounting system, developed a comprehensive budget process which requires collaboration of all leadership and revised policies to improve financial and operational processes and controls.
Ms. McLaughlin previously worked as the CFO of Tri-D Innovations, Inc., an international manufacturing sourcing firm. She brings 25 years of accounting and finance experience within fast growing private and public companies and has extensive experience building accounting departments that effectively support operations, business planning and development.
As an 11-year board member of the Central Avenue Center of Hope, Ms. McLaughlin has worked to provide suburban youth with opportunities to serve homeless and underprivileged families. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two sons.

Oxana Blas, Medical Assistant, is currently in the Kansas Army National Guard, Clinic Director and Risk/Compliance Officer Lee Champion, RN, served in the Navy for more than nine years and resigned as a E6 Petty Officer 1st Class, and Keith Petite, Technical Account Manager, Triggerfish Corp., assigned to the clinic, retired from the U.S. Army as Sergeant First Class after 25 years of service. In addition to Oxana, Lee and Keith, there are many family members of our staff who have served or are currently serving.
HPC is recognizing Veterans Day, Wednesday, Nov. 11, by sending thank you cards to our veteran patients and to staff's family members. In addition, the Olathe clinic will be decorated with flags, and resources and flag pins will be available at all sites. Staff will be proudly displaying photographs of their loved ones in the Olathe lobby and will enjoy red, white and blue cookies. We are also sharing the stories of two members of our team, Oxana and Keith.

Robin Rollins Harrold is vice president of the Ambulatory Network for Shawnee Mission Medical Center. She has previously led multiple healthcare departments, including Ancillary Services, Laboratory and Human Resources.
Ms. Harrold has a master's degree in Business Administration and a master of science degree in Public Health (MHA) from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a bachelor of science in Medical Technology from William Jewell College in Liberty, Mo.
She is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves on the Kansas City Area Development Council.
Ms. Harrold has been on the Health Partnership Clinic Board of Directors since 2009 and has served as chairperson.

Tierney Grasser joined Olathe Health in 1988 and is currently the senior vice president/chief financial officer. She received a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Baker University, and she received her Certified Public Accountant certification in 1983. She has specialized in healthcare finance and operations for over 30 years.
Ms. Grasser is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and also serves on the Kansas Hospital Association Council for Health Care Finance and Reimbursement.
Ms. Grasser chairs the Health Partnership Clinic Board of Directors.
