KNOWLEDGE 4C

This concept was first introduced by Tan (2013), by incorporating the four perspectives of knowledge processes. These were referred to as the "Knowledge 4C`: Knowledge Creation, Knowledge Conversion, Knowledge Communication and Knowledge Change.
