As are we all, I am many things and my life consists of many different aspects. However, to me, the most important aspect of my life's journey is the spiritual journey. It is the primary emphasis of my life and informs the direction of my choices and my life's work... Professionally I am an author, psychotherapist and inspiration speaker. I am passionate about personal and spiritual growth. Indeed, not only am I a teacher of life principles but also an avid student of life itself. This was the theme and nature of my first book, Life's a Classroom... My deepest desire is to help others heal and to encourage others to embark on the journey of change, as I myself have been doing since 2002. In fact, it is my personal growth work, along with my graduate coursework in Psychology and my 12 years of experience as a psychotherapist that have given me firsthand insight into the mental and emotional issues that plague humanity.
