With over 20 years of experience in the oil industry, Jose Narillos is Paramount Energy's Head of Crude Oil.
Jose-Luis joined Paramount Energy in 2022, having previously worked for crude oil refiners, small, and big trading companies.
Over the course of his career he has worked in four different European countries, speaking three languages (French, English, and Spanish) and concluded hundreds of physical oil transactions including spot contracts, short-term deals, long-term supply agreements, marketing deals, and spec transactions.
Jose-Luis studied engineering with a specialty in oil refining in Spain in the 90s, before receiving a master's degree in Economics from the French Institute of Petroleum.

With almost 40 years of experience in trade finance - and knowing Niels for over 30 of them - Maurice Taylor is Chairman of Paramount Energy's Board of Directors.
He founded MFT Services SA, successfully introducing hundreds of commodity traders to specialised trade finance banks in Geneva, Zurich, Amsterdam, Vienna, Paris, and London - obtaining several billions of USD of credit facilities in their favour.
Maurice sits on several other boards in the commodity trading sphere.
Niels Troost has been active in the oil industry for over 25 years, and is the founder of Paramount Energy & Commodities SA.
His main focus is further developing Paramount Energy's global business, and diversifying into other commodity markets.
Niels began his career in oil trading in 1992. Born in Zaandam in 1969 and a Dutch citizen, he received a degree in International Business from HES in the Netherlands and in the United Kingdom.
A true entrepreneur, Niels was also a founding partner at Tenergy Trading SA, and has various other business interests in the global commodity business.
Niels is a keen cyclist, and a passionate advocate for empowering Africa and ensuring an equitable future for all.

Todor has more than 40 years trading experience on the international oil market.
He has worked for several trading companies all over Europe, the United States and Russia. In his career he concluded hundreds of physical oil transactions (both purchases and sales) including spot contracts, short-term deals, long-term supply agreements, marketing deals and spec transactions.
Todor holds a Master in Economics (International Economics Relations) from MGIMO, Moscow.
