As an in-hou se for mu la tor, PTW pro du ces semi-fi nis hed pro ducts and moul ded parts from com pact cast elast o m ers in the hot-cas ting pro cess... We pro du ce and fi nish on a to tal area of ap prox. 4,500 m². Pro duc tion ta kes place in three shifts... All pro duc tion-re le vant data is re cor ded and map ped in a PPS (pro duc tion plan ning and con trol sys tem) spe cial ly de ve l o ped for the com pa ny. All ne cessa ry pro duc tion steps are thus also sub ject to a tailor-made qua li ty as suran ce sys tem.
