Adrian graduated with a MSC in Applied Physics at the University of Zurich and joined SPEAG in 2012. Since 2014, he has been responsible for the activities in the cSAR3D/iSAR calibration and the OTA dielectric phantoms measurement laboratories.
Sibyl Akrong joined SPEAG in 2001 as Head of Export. She has completed training to be a Swiss certified export specialist.

Benno Bohnenberger was born in Zurich, Switzerland.
Benno earned his BS in Systems Engineering in 2022, and has been a qualified goldsmith with 4 years experience.
Benno joined Schmid & Partner Engineering AG in January 2024 as an Mitarbeiter Produktion Dipol Herstellung.

After completing his apprenticeship in electronics in 1981, Bruno worked for Oerlikon Contraves (currently Rheinmetall Air Defence AG) for a total of 8 years as a software engineer, designing software for automated test systems in Switzerland as well as in Canada. He subsequently worked until 1994 with a quality assurance team of Oerlikon Contraves on air defense missile production, with part of that time at Martin Marietta in the US. As a quality assurance engineer with an international background, he joined Huber + Suhner and became responsible for a manufacturing department in Switzerland as well as for establishing an electrical locomotive wiring harness department in India.
In 2002, Bruno joined SPEAG as the head of the production service center. He is involved in the hardware design of many of our new products, and, as a member of the support team, he provides assistance on hardware and robotics problems to all of our customers worldwide.
Manuel studied electrical engineering at the University of Applied Sciences (HSR) in Rapperswil, and graduated with an advanced degree in engineering. He later completed a Master of Science degree in automation in Darmstadt DE. He worked for more than ten years at the PSI and for about two years for Helbling Technic in Zurich. He has a strong background in electronic hardware design, FPGA firmware programming, and control and automation system designs.
Manuel joined the SPEAG team in July 2019 as an RF Engineer.
Dan earned his MS in Mechanical Engineering in 2002. He began his career with a focus on fluid and thermal modelling of industrial gas turbines. In 2007, he came to Switzerland to continue working in this area for Alstom Power. During his later career, his focus changed from applied analysis to engineering software development. Prior to joining SPEAG, he worked for a quantum measurement company (Qnami AG) as a software developer for instrument control.
Dan joined the SPEAG team in July 2022 as a Software Engineer. He will be working with the DASY-8 team to further develop the HAC interface and aid in other minor developments.
Susana completed her Bachelor's degree in Physics at the University of Coimbra, where she also earned her Master's in Nuclear and Particle Physics.
For her thesis project, she studied the sensitivity of the LUX-ZEPLIN detector to the double electron capture decay in 124Xe.
Susana will be working with DASY and cSAR products.
Susana joined Schmid & Partner Engineering AG in December 2023 as Application Engineer.

In 1996, he joined the Bioelectromagnetics/EMC Group (BIOEM/EMC) at ETH Zurich where he widened his experience in numerical simulation techniques based on the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method applied to electromagnetics. From 1998 to 2002, Nik Chavannes was a graduate research assistant within the Laboratory for Electromagnetic Fields and Microwave Electronics (IFH) as well as in the Laboratory for Integrated Systems (IIS), both located at ETH Zurich. His PhD thesis was focused on the development of enhanced FDTD local refinement techniques and their application to numerical near-field analysis, antennas, and improved modeling capabilities in general.
In early 2002, he joined SPEAG as head of the software R&D team, where he is responsible for the software R&D activities, focusing mainly on innovations and implementations for SPEAG's major products, namely the experimental near-field scanner DASY as well as SEMCAD. In addition, he is involved in various computational electromagnetics projects related to EM near- and far-field assessment as well as dosimetry within the Foundation for Research on Information Technologies in Society (IT'IS), Switzerland. At IT'IS, he is leading the project TRINITY, which involves the extension and improvement of the advanced electromagnetic simulation platform SEMCAD.

Flurin is a Roboticist by training, having completed his studies in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on Robotics, Systems and Control at ETH in 2018.
He has worked in Robotics ever since, first at Charles River Analytics in Cambridge (MA) in the United States and then for Ronovatec in Immensee (SZ), Switzerland.
Flurin joined SPEAG as a Software Engineer in October 2023. He is working on software related to the hardware products, mostly on developments around DASY8 and DASY8-3D.

Jacqueline C. Pieper finished her commercial apprenticeship in 1984 and received her BBA (eidg. dipl. Kauffrau HKG) in 1994. In 2008, she finished her MAS in Controlling. Jacqueline worked for a total of 15 years with several major Swiss banks, 8 years of which as project manager leading various organizational and IT-related projects. For another 3 years, Jacqueline then helped two start-up companies with the organization of their administration and accounting systems. In 2000, she joined SPEAG as Head of Finance and Administration.

Mirko Binder completed an apprenticeship in mechanics, specializing in computer numeric control (CNC) machining, in 1997.
Mirko joined SPEAG as a polymechanic and mechanical engineer in April 2009. He produces and designs the mechanical parts and develops the mechanics of new SPEAG products.
