After 12 years as a practising solicitor, Sinéad decided to change direction to pursue her passion for business compliance and employment law. She knows from her experience of working with organisations just how costly non-compliance can be professionally and financially. Most importantly, she wanted to develop a bespoke service to help businesses achieve their strategic goals whilst taking account of the interests of their organisation, their employees, their regulatory stakeholders and the community. She is a non-clinical Director of a busy dental practice and a long standing governing member of a local primary school. She also has Non-Executive Director experience of a thriving not-for -profit social care enterprise. She is a member of CIPD, the professional body for HR and People Development. She is also a recognised Trainer for BS76005 an accredited industry standard for Diversity & Inclusion.
