Mark is an experienced financial director with a successful track record of helping SMEs and private equity-backed businesses. He is adept at managing change, driving cash from working capital management in turnaround situations, as well as generating improvement in profits and financial management. Mark also has transactional corporate finance experience, including capital raising (IPO and PE) and mergers and acquisitions (transaction negotiation, structure, documentation, completion and integration).
Pip is an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management Qualified Senior Executive, who has outstanding interpersonal and operational skills, with a solid technical background, sound implementation experience of complex projects and an excellent track record within both a demanding and SLA intensive environment.
A born leader and team player, Pip has a high level of drive, enthusiasm and a positive "can do" attitude. Pip is also very passionate about customer excellence and driving for improvements in operational efficiency.
Roy is an MBA Graduate, and award-winning senior executive with a 20-year track record of consistent over achievement underpinned with excellent academic qualifications. Roy has a wealth of longstanding senior relationships on a National and International basis within IT, fixed line and mobile telecommunication providers, law enforcement, financial services, government departments and the Venture Capital / Private Equity and Analyst Communities. Roy can demonstrate a successful and tangible track record of adding significant shareholder value to privately owned, pre-IPO & Venture Capital and Private Equity funded technology and telecommunications businesses, and has sold and led projects in 42 countries around the world.
