David has been involved in crypto currency almost from its inception, and has been a thought leader for hard, pragmatic design in that cutting-edge technology. He has mined crypto currency in his home, founded a company based on his passion for electric bicycles and run labs for the best and brightest of Georgia's famed Georgia Tech.
Mr. Gamero is a graduate of Georgia tech and has worked extensively in financial technologies. He has worked through the boot-camp of Flashpoint at Georgia tech and has participated as a thought leader in many startup ventures.

He has worked with and advised companies in over a dozen industries, as far-reaching as a renewable energy firm in Sri Lanka. He began his career in accounting and quickly rose to CFO. From there he moved into operational roles and as a COO, leading the sale of an energy-related business to a Fortune 500 company.
Don has vast experience, profound intuition and an obvious passion for studying entrepreneurship, business management and best practices. It should be no surprise, he also comes with multiple, notable credentials; a BBA in Accounting, an MBA from UGA and a Doctorate in Management from Case Western Reserve University. Don has his BBA-Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, an MBA from the University of Georgia and his Doctor or Management from Case Western Reserve University where his dissertation covered culture and entrepreneurial orientation. His current research includes assessing best practices in order to derive a new operating model for both University and non-University led incubators and accelerators.

Jim DeMoss is an experienced Graphic Artist that has developed his talent for many years. His love of art extends back to a long and sordid history of comic books as a young man that gave him a life-long love of strong colors and the clean lines that now dominate his work.

Prior to Open Range, Karl was a Senior Advisor at Arcis, a successful PE and M&A financial advisory firm. For more than 15 years, he was Chief Enterprise Architect on a major industrial division of GE. There he keenly identified targets for investment and acquisition. He was often the trusted lead on evaluating the technology of potential partners and then responsible for integrating the technology post-merger.
Karl's sharp eye for investment opportunity and technological savvy was called on by a number of other companies to help identify businesses for partnerships or acquisitions. As an intuitive leader and team-builder, he spearheaded the formation of several architectural groups who would go on to form technology accelerators and develop groundbreaking innovation.

His experience is seemingly boundless, having contributed to the energy and aerospace sectors, as well as emerging technologies in healthcare, defense and manufacturing. Today, he continues his breadth of influence, holding an on-going Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Mr. Sharma was also a Co-Managing Partner of Arcis Capital Partners and spent many years at GE where he applied his aerospace expertise to create best practices. He received his Master's in Aerospace from the University of Florida and the Air Force Technical College in India.
