PALASAN LAW

The idea of forming a law firm dates back to 1996 when the founding member of the law firm, Atty. Tiburcio M. Palasan, Jr. was still an associate at LIBRA LAW firm in Butuan City. He was active in the private practice of law in Butuan City and surrounding provinces and cities. But having been educated mostly in Cagayan de Oro from high school until law school at Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan, he was already planning to establish his private law practice in Cagayan de Oro City.
