Mr. Ben Hale is Oasis International School's Founding Head of School. Mr. Hale has been in Malaysia since 2013. From 2013 to 2018 he served as the Project Director in Malaysia for Oasis International Schools and oversaw the process of opening OIS in 2018. With over 20 years of international educational leadership experience, Mr. Hale's passion and expertise focus on team building, strategic operations, community building, and leadership capacity building. Before coming to Malaysia Mr. Hale served at Yongsan International School of Seoul in Seoul, South Korea for 12 years in multiple roles including Director of Admissions, Director of Athletics, and Director of HR. Mr. Hale was born and raised in South Korea and attended international school his whole life, graduating from International Community School - Singapore. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Masters of Education in Leadership and Supervision.
