Alan Neill

Job Titles:
  • Interim Chief Operating Officer
Alan joined us in 2021. He started his career with Moto Hospitality Ltd, the UK's largest motorway service area operator, working over ten years in various operational and latterly commercial roles. Subsequently he became the Head of Ancillary Revenue for Premier Inn, before proceeding to intu Properties as Head of Business Support, with oversight on operational aspects of managing over 20million square feet of prime retail and leisure real estate throughout the UK. During his time with intu, the business won numerous sector accolades within facilities management and achieved both ISO 9001 and IIP Gold accreditations. Holding an BA Hon(s) in Business Enterprise, he also graduated with a PG Diploma in multi-unit leadership and strategy from Birmingham City University in 2016. Married to Shakila and when dad's taxi cab duties allow, other interests include most sports, but mainly trying to avoid getting injured so he can run the odd marathon.

Ben Burrows

Job Titles:
  • Head of Security and Stewarding
With over 17 years ™ experience, Ben started his career as a Security Officer with G4S, working through the ranks as a Training Officer, Events Operations Manager and Regional Manager, before joining CSP. As our Head of Security and Stewarding, Ben is fully accountable for leadership of key security/stewarding contracts such as Tottenham Hotspur FC, Arsenal FC (Stadium and Training Ground), Chelsea FC, Newbury Racecourse, and Jockey Club Racecourses (London), as well as annual events such as Pride London, BHF London to Brighton, and Guildford Fireworks. Throughout the event-planning process, Ben makes sure client and customer expectations are fully understood and, once on the ground, his exceptional team ensures that customer service, security and safety are synchronised. Ben has an organised, proactive approach to all aspects of key stakeholder relationships and his calm manner enables him to keep a level head, should an emergency occur. Ben holds a degree in Crowd Management and is also a qualified trainer, with a personality and presence to engage his audience, build trust, and coach his team to reach their full potential.

Damien Kennedy

Job Titles:
  • Head of Partner Operations
An experienced strategic thinker, leader and project manager, Damien retired from Hertfordshire Police as a Detective Chief Inspector in 2015. Damien has led numerous responses to major incidents over a 25 year career in the Police spanning London and Hertfordshire. He was appointed as CSP ™s Head of Partner Operations for the Jockey Club Racecourse (London Region), and the O2 in July 2019. Through his extensive experience in managing people and processes, Damien places significant focus on the development of his team and others around him as he delivers against customer expectations. He received the King George Medal for service in 2014, is a keen cyclist, and supporter of ballet and football as he follows his two children every weekend.

Darren Wheeler

Job Titles:
  • Associate Director of Business Development
With over 10 years of experience in the event industry, Darren started his journey with The O2 events team, moving to CSP in 2010 as Operations Manager, leading on various contracts including Alexandra Palace, Ascot and Sandown Park Racecourses. One of Darren ™s key achievements came during an unforgettable summer in 2012, when his main focus was ensuring the efficient delivery of all our non-Olympic operations. After three happy years, Darren decided to widen his experience working for SEP Events. Based at Silverstone, he played a key part in the planning and delivery of five British Grand Prix ™s as well as festivals, concerts and sporting events. As Regional Manager, he built a successful regional team, setting up a logistics hub, signage design and manufacture operations for SEP feeding the southern regions and wider traffic management operations. After five years, Darren returned to the CSP family. In his current role, Darren's focus is on our continued operational excellence.

Dave Butler

Job Titles:
  • Non Executive Director
Dave has worked within the event parking industry for over 45 years. He started his career with NCP in his teens, forming CSP in 1994 with the opportunity to secure the parking contract at the Wembley Stadium Complex. He continually strives to take CSP to new levels with his unparalleled industry knowledge but it is his exceptional customer service ethos, on which he forged the Company, that is always at the heart of his business acumen. ˜Big Dave ™ as many know him, maintains his mantra ˜nice ™n ™ easy ™, and is equally likely to be found in high-viz attire mentoring his team and directing traffic, as in the board room. Dave is married to Amanda and has one daughter, Gemma, who is following in her father ™s footsteps working for the Company. In his limited spare time, Dave enjoys travelling, following horse racing and playing golf.

Graham Arnott

Job Titles:
  • Head of Event Services
Graham is an experienced project leader with excellent communication skills, hands-on attitude and a work ethic that leads by example. As Head of Event Services, he coaches and mentors his team on the path to excellence. Key successes include The Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in London, 2018, delivering the transport plan for 16 high profile venues; the hospitality/sponsor transport plan for the UEFA Champions League 2017 in Cardiff; Rugby World Cup at Twickenham, planning with the ER2015 team and operations of 200 staff per match; project manager at the Olympic Park for London 2012, responsible for over 12 venues and 1,000 staff working 24/7. Graham has successfully managed 95% of CSP contracts over 10 years including annual major events such as RideLondon, London Marathon and The Epsom Derby.

Jazz Binning

Job Titles:
  • Head of Operations Support
Jazz started her career in the retail industry, joining the Club Wembley team at Wembley Stadium in 2013 as Marketing Co-ordinator, supporting the CRM and marketing initiatives for the £65m pa membership scheme. She then took the role of Club Wembley Operations Manager, initially overseeing the Club Wembley concourse (over 1km) in terms of catering, customer service and entertainment before moving to the Private Boxes (a programme worth over 20 million per annum). Jazz joined CSP in 2016 as Operations Co-ordinator and was promoted in 2022 to Head of Operations Support. Jazz leads on business tenders and operational planning as well as all new business enquires.

Jiten Bhudia - CFO

Job Titles:
  • Head of Finance
Jiten studied Accounting and Finance at the University of Hertfordshire, graduating in 2012. Jiten joined us during the London 2012 Olympics, providing invaluable support to the payroll department at a time when it was coping with a rapidly increasing volume. A quick learner, Jiten's value was recognised at a busy time and he was offered a permanent role as an Accounts Assistant. Over the years, Jiten continued to work hard and develop his skills, as well as undertake his ACCA accountancy qualification and progressed to responsibility for the production of our management accounts and was promoted to Head of Finance. Jiten ™s role involves overseeing a team of 4 who look after accounts payable, accounts receivable and commercial parking. Jiten still produces the management accounts as well as budgets, and assists with the statutory financial accounts. In his spare time, Jiten volunteers at the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir Neasden temple.

Kanta Hirani - CFO

Job Titles:
  • Finance Director
Kanta Hirani started her career as a Purchase Ledger Clerk for Philex Electronics in London 2001. She then moved to Wembley (London) Limited and commenced her ACCA exams, where CSP met her and offered her a role as Finance Manager whilst she completed her qualifications. She progressed to Finance Director in 2011, gaining major recognition for the accuracy of her reconciliations for CSP ™s services at The London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics. She has led CSP ™s Finance department for over 15 years, which is testament to her professionalism and loyalty. Kanta has remained a ˜local ™ girl, living in Stanmore.

Perry Price

Job Titles:
  • Head of Talent and Resourcing
An experienced Senior Manager with a wealth of experience across several sectors, including the leadership of the operations division within one of the UK ™s largest retailers. Perry joined CSP in operations in 2016 and quickly established an excellent reputation with his client portfolio, especially at a senior level. Through his blended experience he has a natural passion for the customer and as a result raised the bar in terms of customer experience across the organisation. In addition, he is an accredited performance coach and places significant focus on the development of his team and others around him. Perry currently leads on all our frontline recruiting, resourcing, training and compliance.

Richard Mulcaster

Job Titles:
  • Events and Safety Management Specialist
  • Head of Safety and Compliance
Richard is an events and safety management specialist, spending over 18 years in the event industry gaining vast experience in client-side event safety operations at UK racecourses, sports venues and large scale multi-games organising committees in the UK, Canada and Australia. He is NVQ level 4 qualified and has substantial Event Safety Officer experience. Richard leads CSP through certifications, including ISO9001, SIA ACS, IIP, NHSS and CSAS, as part of a complete Quality Management System, whilst also leading on Health & Safety and helping to oversee training and development for the business. Richard enjoys an active and busy outdoor family life with his wife, Sally, and their two children.

Tim Surch - CHRO

Job Titles:
  • Head of Human Resources
Tim joined CSP in 2022, bringing over 30 years of experience in the HR profession. After a spell of 7 years working with the AA at the London Operations Centre in Stanmore in an operational environment, Tim entered the world of HR in the Civil Service in 1990, working in a variety of both HR policy and people-related roles before moving on in 2012. Tim was a member of a Civil Service Award winning team in 2010, for a major project which relied on significant collaboration across Government Departments, the reception for which was hosted by the late Queen and Prince Philip at Buckingham Palace. A series of project-based interim roles followed, before working in the Higher Education and health regulation sectors immediately prior to joining CSP. Tim is keen to develop the team and the HR operation within CSP, drawing on his years of generalist and management experience. A keen spectator of most sports, in particular football (a follower of the England football team across Europe from 2005 until 2021) and cricket (having seen the England cricket team in both Australia and Sri Lanka), Tim also enjoys travel abroad with his wife, as well as the quiet life with their two cats.
