Haven Health was founded by Lynn Keitz, RN in 2001 offering hospice services only. Initially in Bellflower, California, Lynn built Haven Hospice™ on a foundation of quality. While accreditation with the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO as it was called then) was optional for hospice services, high quality was not optional for Lynn... We provide home bound patients and their loved ones with the support and care necessary to meet their health care goals. We believe that the best care available is a combination of quality clinical care along with the supportive, empathetic and caring delivery of that clinical care. We provide health care with a caring heart.
