Becky Sharples

Job Titles:

Becky is a member of Global Warrior's administration team, working primarily as Biba's personal assistant whilst also providing support to the wider leadership team. A natural organiser with an ability to cut to the chase, Becky started her early career as a qualified Solicitor. She later left the profession to raise her three children, whilst simultaneously extending administrative and fundraising support to her husband, a founding member of the classical singing group Tenors Un Limited. Becky has been part of the Global Warriors' family since the start of 2019, assisting Biba with all her day-to-day needs and challenges that come with growing the company, including organising and managing a hectic and logistically demanding diary! Becky is known for her friendly, caring and approachable manner. With her previous experience in the field of law, she brings with her a highly developed sense of logic and attention to detail and is a much-respected member of the team. Becky lives outside London with her husband and their three children. She is a keen swimmer and loves the chance to get away to the south coast, braving the bracing coastal waters of South Devon and walking on Dartmoor with her family. She also likes painting and cooking in her free time and enjoys regularly exercising her vocal cords with her local choir, The Berrylands Belles!

Claire Black

Claire is a member of Global Warrior's administration team, working as our Programme Manager across many of the programmes we offer. Her career background is varied, a result of her decision to work around bringing up her three children. After several years of travelling and working abroad, she settled in England and moved from teaching to publishing, recruitment to marketing, and eventually to Global Warriors, where she has been since 2012. Known for her attention to detail and ability to multi-task, she is a valued Programme Manager who keeps everything moving smoothly and is known for her warm and approachable manner. A keen sports fan, when not on the tennis court herself, she can often be found cheering on her children in their basketball, football or korfball endeavours. A weekend would not be complete without some sports fixture, a catch up with friends, a dose of clean, fresh air and a large glass of red wine! She lives outside London with her husband Peter and 3 teenage children.

Daphne Taylor

Daphne is a Leadership and Team Coach who has worked with teams and individuals in the UK and internationally over the past 16 years, in sectors including technology, health, financial services, private equity and global charities. Her passion is supporting sustainable change through systemic team coaching and leadership development. Working with clients to improve performance, resolve conflict, and create sustainable change for leaders and teams, she focuses on building capacity to create and maintain strong, strategic, effective relationships. Her natural people skills combine with her business acumen to foster courageous conversations that allow individuals and teams to develop and flourish. The result is both increased performance and greater positivity. Daphne qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, and spent over 16 years in Financial and senior management roles before becoming a professional coach. She has extensive experience as a board member including as Company Secretary of a public company and Group Treasurer for an International Luxury Goods Brand. Daphne brings a grounded sense of calm along with a fierce commitment to development of individuals and organisations. Her sense of humour and compassion allow people to show their authentic selves. When she's not coaching, Daphne is busy training her 2 dogs in retrieving and agility, attempting to master the game of bridge and is a keen gardener.

David Harris

David is a Horse Assisted Educator and Coach, specialising in Leadership Development. He has over 29 years' experience in the corporate domain, with focus on leadership, experiential learning and high performing teams. He has a wealth of experience in running multimillion-pound organisations, project/programme management, account management and sales. Known for his relaxed, encouraging and patient manner, he is undeniably passionate about people and their ability to achieve their goals in the way that works best for them. David says, "All I want is for people to be able to be themselves." His broad business experience, together with excellent NLP, coaching and training abilities provide clients with an extremely powerful coaching/training experience.

Duncan Müller

Duncan specialises in Leadership Development and Team Development and has been with Global Warriors since 2015. His purpose is to unlock the potential of leaders and teams so they can create the world they imagine - whether it's developing courageous leaders who speak their truth, compassionate leaders who get the most out of people or creative, intelligent, high-performing teams. He works across various sectors including marketing and media, financial services, IT and HM Prisons.

Emma Taylor

Emma has worked as a successful CIPD qualified HR professional for the past 22 years in a variety of industries including IT Software, FMCG, Property & Investment Management, Healthcare and Hospitality. She is a Leadership expert, a Horse assisted educator and an extremely accomplished horsewoman. Emma has coached and led Senior Management Teams and Business Leaders within small, medium and large corporates. She understands the vision and values of different organisations, key business operating models and business drivers. She works with horses to help participants identify default patterns of behaviour, build better relationships and communicate more effectively; and through this work comes confidence and trust. Emma combines bold, visionary thinking with transparency, vulnerability and humility. Her manner of working creates profound learning experiences for both individuals and teams, which in turn lead to sustainable behavioural change. Emma intuitively knows when to challenge people to realise their potential and when to allow space for the learning to unfold naturally. She creates a powerful learning environment and a safe space for people to explore new ways of leading.

Gill Dore

Gill is a member of Global Warriors' leadership team, responsible for people and development. She is also a coach, systems work specialist (team coach), equine guided leader, facilitator and HR professional. She has experience in automotive, property, the Arts and investment banking and has spent much of her career navigating the IT sector. Gill is all about understanding and recognising the opportunities that diversity and difference bring, while remembering what unites us as humans - most often witnessed when she is working with teams in conflict, misunderstanding and difficulty. Gill is passionate about enabling people and teams to realise their potential for change and success. She is grounded, practical, creative and open to new ideas and methodologies. Gill has managed, designed and delivered high profile development programmes globally, and is proud to have co-created the iconic Conscious & Courageous programmes to drive sustainable, cultural change for Global Warriors clients. Gill enjoys trail running, cycling, spinning, working out at the gym and walking her dog. She loves visiting art galleries, is fascinated by architecture and equally loves a lazy few hours in a coffee shop watching the world go by. In 2018 Gill suffered a major stroke and since then has found pleasure in painting furniture, yoga and taking those micro moments to be grateful for life.

Jacqueline Beall

Jacqueline is a coach, trainer and leadership development consultant working with leaders to unlock and achieve their full potential. Jacqueline has 25 years' experience in Human Resources, coaching and development for a company of strategic change specialists in large infrastructure projects both in the private and public sectors. She became a member of Global Warriors in 2013, and now delivers leadership development programmes to diverse groups from all over the world. Jacqueline has been a keen dancer from a young age and has dabbled with many forms of dance over the years, most recently finding a passion for Salsa. When not dancing, she loves to be either by the sea or on walks in Epping Forest with her dog.

Jo Wright

Jo is a Leadership & Team Coach-Facilitator with Global Warriors. An experienced sales and customer marketing professional with 15 years business experience in blue chip FMCG organisations, she is now a facilitator and Organisation and Relationship Systems Coach, and is ACC accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Jo founded her coaching and training business in 2008 with the mission to bring humanity to work and enable the important and meaningful conversations (individuals, teams, partnerships) to unleash high performance. During the last 12 years Jo has worked internationally across FMCG, banking, public, arts and charity sectors, both supporting the development of essential people skills to lead and manage teams better, as well as coaching teams to become genuinely High Performing. She spent two years coaching professional dancers in their transition to a post-performance career and loves to coach individuals who want to design their lives for the better. Jo's style is warm, compassionate, playful and pragmatic. She supports her clients to feel safe enough to explore the real issues and to get alignment to moving forward, as well as to bring their whole selves to work to make the workplace a more humane environment. A keen gardener and lover of wildlife, Jo has volunteered at a Namibian wildlife sanctuary four times over the last eight years and is a huge fan of both big cats and primates. In the UK she loves country walks and chilling with her two (smaller) cats, Bonnie and Clyde.

Jon Hill

Jon is a senior coach and facilitator for Global Warriors and has been working with us since 2013. He is also a published author and is responsible for much of Global Warriors' written output, from training manuals to blog posts After qualifying as a For ensic Psychologist, Jon spent many years working in the UK prison system, helping people with rehabilitation and recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. After moving into a learning and development role he re-trained as a Co-Active and Relationship Syste ms Coach, becoming accredited by the ICF in 2012. Jon has held a variety of leadership and management roles in the public and charity sector, from leading a prison-based drug intervention team to managing a cluster of recovery and outreach services across Central and North London. In 2012 he founded Blueprint Coaching and Training Ltd and began working as a coach and group facilitator in the corporate sector. Since then he has worked with clients including Johnson & Johnson, GlaxoSmithKline, and Mars, helpi ng leaders to improve their energy management, build their resilience, and have more impact. He has also co-authored two successful books on the topic of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, running workshops and webinars in support of these. Jon's work has taken him all over the world in the last seven years -across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and the US. Regardless of country, culture, or context, he creates an atmosphere of warmth, humour and safety where people can learn about themselves and commit to taking life-changing action in service of their values. Jon has two young children (Frances and Henry), who are proving to be the best self-development mentors he has ever had! He has been a trivia buff and pub-quizzer since he was young, and fi nally fulfilled this side of his personality by winning the TV quiz show ‘Pointless' in 2017!

Kathi Hibbs

Kathi is an associate coach with Global Warriors. Kathi is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, with a background in talent management, leadership development, and business process improvement with major multinational organizations around the world. Kathi has worked in companies such as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Cummins, Eaton, and Honeywell. She has coached individuals at all levels - from individual contributor to CEO, and teams - from production operators to C-suite leaders driving multi-billion-dollar strategic plans. Clients appreciate Kathi as she "guides them through a process for breaking down large goals to achieve clarity, leading to tangible actions that truly impact their work and lives." In 2018, a major organisational change afforded Kathi the opportunity to transition out of a corporate leadership role to coaching fulltime. She now specialises in helping her individual and corporate clients recognise the opportunities in change, challenge, and transition. Kathi builds on her experience living and working in eight countries on four continents to support her clients, and their families, to succeed in cross-cultural and international transitions. A true global nomad, Kathi spent over four decades wandering the world before meeting her match and subsequently settling in the hills southeast of Rome, where she balances her work with managing the busy social lives of twin daughters and the annual harvest of over 70 olive plants. She is fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish.

Katja Mueller

Katja has been an international leadership and team coach and facilitator for over ten years. She is also a faculty member for the industry leader in coach training, the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), for whom she works globally. She serves as a bilingual Executive and Team Coach and Workshop leader for the high potentials of KPMG, Porsche and the Executive MBA programs of the Mannheim Business School as well as doing probono work for an orphanage in Ludwigshafen. Having witnessed too many talented people shut down in toxic work environments, she is dedicated to empowering individuals and teams in the corporate world to create higher levels of trust and to align them with their unique capabilities and passion. All of this in the pursuit of creating meaning, value, the best possible results and enjoying the place where you spend most of your waking hours: your work. Especially in difficult circumstances, clients appreciate her optimistic sunny soul, her contagious belief in human potential, and her love for life. Having lived in different countries for a big part of her life, Katja loves operating across and exploring different cultures and finding true value in diversity. In her free time Katja loves adventures and engaging her body and soul rather than her brain. Body: Dancing, swimming, hiking, yoga. Lola Fayemi

Lola is a Coach and workshop facilitator for Global Warriors. She is also an Account Manager and supports recruitment and development within the team.

Meg Lyons

Meg Lyons is part of the Global Warriors team of coaches and facilitators. Meg believes in the innate capacity of people to find solutions to their most important challenges and to stretch themselves to achieve incredible things, when given the right environment to explore possibilities. She most enjoys working with people who want to feel more balance and less stress as they pursue their professional goals while not forgetting the importance of life outside work. She also shines a light on relationships and helps her clients improve these in the teams and systems that they are a part of. Before her training and certification with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), Meg led a remote and global team of Learning Consultants in Financial Services technology. She trained and facilitated groups of managers on how to successfully lead remote teams. Since her coach training in 2012, she has worked with professionals at all levels in their organizations and with varied goals including career and purpose, work-life balance, and leadership. She has experience with systems thinking in her work in UK local government, and on relationship systems work that builds on her training in Organisational and Relationships Systems Coaching (ORSC). Meg's greatest strength is in providing safe, reflective spaces for people to step back from their busy lives in order to get more clarity and groundedness. Her clients describe her as "warm, perceptive, and thoughtful". Outside of work, she loves being active and outside - either playing in her local women's cricket team or taking walks with her family. She is passionate about balance, creativity, and the benefits of play, self-care, and self-compassion and tries to walk that talk!

Moyra Weston

Moyra is a leadership coach, specialising in systems work, developing individuals and teams in a diverse range of organisations in the Corporate and Charity Sectors. Prior to setting up her own business, Moyra had leadership roles in top 10 UK Charities, including Cancer Research and Save the Children. Moyra is an absolute believer in people's capacity and ability to stretch beyond their current expectations. She has a track record in seeing potential in people and organisations, sharing this knowledge for their deep development. One of her values is to ‘walk her talk', which means you will find her involved in her own development in order to further the development of others. Knowing that peoples abilities are not based on privilege, or the lack of it, Moyra Founded ‘We Dare to Care', a movement which supports pro bono coaching and leadership for people who cannot normally access these services. She loves art, architecture, her family and pushing herself to lift as heavy weights as possible in the gym!

Ruth Fraser

Ruth is an Executive and Leadership Coach and is the Global Warriors Coaching "champion". Coaching is her passion and work focus. Prior to establishing her Executive Coaching practice in 2008, she worked in the corporate and voluntary sectors for over 25 years, including a career in the financial sector, HR Director with a Global Humanitarian organisation with 1500 international staff and a team of 35. A Board trustee member for an HR professional body, Ruth has over 10 years' experience as a senior leader, working with a wide range of people in a variety of situations. She works to support leaders achieve even greater performance, tasting more of their own unique style and success. People and effective working environments matter to her. Sometimes, for shorthand, she will say that coaching gives clarity, insight, and action. But it is also about getting you to somewhere different than you may have got to on your own; or faster than you would have got there on your own. The objective is to support the coachee to be successful on their terms. She brings a combination of corporate experience, voluntary sector experience at Executive team level, HR with a focus on people, team, and leadership development, together with formal coaching training. She trained with Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and the Academy of Coaching Excellence. Ruth coaches clients from a variety of sectors and business and professional backgrounds: a privilege and hugely rewarding. Clients have said Ruth's insight, creativity, intuition, warmth and pragmatic approach make the coaching partnership enjoyable and worthwhile. She has cross-cultural experience, having travelled in a work capacity to teams and employees in Afghanistan, Peru, Honduras, India, Nepal, Tunisia, and South Sudan. Ruth has Scottish roots, which mean a lot to her - maybe that's one reason why she loves the countryside, wide open spaces and beauty! Like many, Ruth is a collector of books (sometimes has time to read them!) loves eating out and enjoys family and friends time. Gardening has many happy memories attached to it and recently she's doing this more. Simple pleasures!

Ruth Weddell

Ruth brings a host of skills to her role as Project Coordinator/Support within our Ops department. She has honed her superb organisational skills over a varied working career, with 10 years' experience in the travel industry as Product Manager for TUI UK, followed by 7 years within the education sector, giving her the flexibility to work around raising her children. Having managed all facets of the City Breaks programme for Spain, Ireland and USA, she gained valuable experience in marketing, contracting, negotiating and brochure production and put her multi-tasking skills to good use. Her fluency in speaking Spanish also helped! Ruth is a kind, compassionate, helpful, approachable and hardworking individual who demonstrates a highly ethical working standard. She is professional, with attention to detail, and always maintains good working relationships. She lives in Surrey with her husband and their three children. Although she spends a significant amount of her spare time ferrying her teenage children to sporting and social events, when she does have a rare free moment, she enjoys baking, reading, Pilates, tennis and walking her dog. She loves spending time with her family, especially down in Cornwall enjoying outdoor activities from walking to surfing, and coasteering.

Sandra Cunningham

Sandra is a member of Global Warriors' leadership team, responsible for client strategy and marketing. She is also a senior coach and facilitator. A classically trained, international marketing professional and Co-Active Leadership and Relationship Systems Coach, she is PCC accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), with 1500+ coaching hours under her belt. Sandra previously operated at management board level in a range of private sector businesses, from UK start-ups to overseas divisions of large PLC's. She left the corporate world to co-found a Prague-based training & consulting company in 2002, and now operates from her base in Scotland. She is also the creator of the Walking Coach® brand which draws from somatics and ecopsychology and specialises in nature-inspired coaching methods. During the last 15 years Sandra has worked internationally across a range of sectors, including FMCG, Defence, Finance and Creative/ Marketing Communications sectors, successfully supporting leaders and teams through transformation and change. More recently she built up substantial experience in technology and various SaaS organisations. Known for her grounded, ‘heart-of-the-matter' style, Sandra supports her clients to become more ‘rounded', confident leaders through developing their mindset, skills and capacities from a place of personal leadership, vision and authenticity.

Sarah Nendick

Sarah is part of the behind-the-scenes team at Global Warriors, with responsibility for invoicing, payments and all elements of financial control. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with many years' experience in a top ten accountancy firm advising on UK and International standards. Known for her unflappable, friendly nature and forensic-like attention to detail, she is our go-to person for all things relating to POs, invoicing, statements of work and payments. She is our much-valued numbers expert, who can unravel even the most complicated invoicing structure! When not managing purchase orders, cash flows and bank statements, Sarah likes to flex her highly developed creative muscle; a talented baker, lover of all things crafty (who holds the belief that every craft is a new hobby to discover!), she has an exceptional ability at crocheting and knitting, and creates items in this medium that defy belief! She is based outside London with her husband and two children.

Saralyn Hodgkin

Saralyn is a Leadership & Team Coach-Facilitator with Global Warriors. She is PCC-ICF certified, ORSC trained, with 15+ years of facilitation and coaching experience. Saralyn has held numerous Director positions, leading teams in the for-impact sector before starting her own company, Holon Leadership. Here, Saralyn inspires and cultivates the potential of leaders and teams by hosting transformative experiences that deepen leadership capacity. Saralyn is a trusted ally to leading innovative organizations that aim to tackle complex issues and accomplish ambitious agendas. She works across disciplines and sectors to raise the capability of teams. She is always curious about the team's inner work: How do they work together? What are the intentions, versus behaviours and experiences? What are the hard conversations needed here? Saralyn approaches leadership as a practice. Leadership is not all about your job title, but about your agency. Investing in your leadership requires cultivating the conditions for you to rise in your possibility, to make the space to grow still, and to hold the pen of your journey and stories. Saralyn identifies as she/her. She has worked and lived across the globe. Her delight and challenge is supporting her two growing boys as they find their way in the world. Her areas of focus are 1:1 coaching; Team Coaching; Alignment Coaching; Leadership Development and Training Facilitation.

Vanessa May

Vanessa is an executive coach, trainer, facilitator & OD consultant who is able to provoke reflection, positivity and possibility in others. She brings both experience of a variety of sectors and industries including ariline, financial services, hospitality management, NHS and not for profit sector. She has a passion for systemic leadership and creating right relationship with self and others and works with individuals, couples, partnerships and teams. Vanessa believes the quality of our relationships makes a real difference to how successful and happy we are - at work and in our personal lives. Her style is warm, intuitive, empathetic and challenging and her ability to really connect with people helps create safety and trust to open up, explore what's going on and create new awareness, choice and transformation. Her knowledge of burnout and resilience, emotional intelligence and neuroscience informs her approach. She is a firm believer that our psychology gives insight and our intuitive and feeling body holds deep wisdom and is often the gate to transformation. Clients are really encouraged to be curious and compassionate with themselves as they increase their consciousness, explore new ways of being and doing, take charge and make clear, intentional choices. In her own life she practices running, yoga, breathwork and shamanism and loves her journeys through nature with Esther, her mini Schnauzer.

Xenia Dixon

Xenia (pronounced ‘Zenya') is a member of our growing Global Warriors' Ops team. Much valued, she brings a robust sense of organisation and order to all aspects of the Global Warriors world! Having originally trained as a PE and Art teacher, Xenia quickly realised she was drawn to working with young people with ‘different' needs. Her 20+ year teaching career, spanned across many education sectors including special and mainstream schools, before specialising in working around young people with difficult and dangerous behaviour and children in care. With a strong belief that all behaviour is communication, Xenia's work with educators often took place during times of challenge and she thrives on building trusting relationships, to jointly find workable solutions and enable successful outcomes. Xenia has supported and trained many education and care professionals around the impact of attachment and trauma, Restorative Mediation, Circles of Adults, Protective Behaviours, Mindfulness and therapeutic approaches to behaviour management. She has also led establishment wide projects, focussing on best practice. Xenia was extremely drawn to the Global Warriors philosophy of leading with courage, openness and heart, and passionately believes in demonstrating this through her roles in education and project management. Xenia lives in Central Cambridge, with her husband and three children. When she's not lifting weights or stepping on her twins' Lego, she can be found at bootcamp sessions, taking long walks by the river (with coffee!), spending time with her friends and enjoying regular visits to the Lake District.

Zana Goic Petricevic

Zana is an executive leadership coach, team coach and training facilitator. She is also a leadership game changer, a status quo challenger and a personal growth embracer. Zana has been trained with internationally recognised coaching and leadership development schools and is PCC accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Prior to moving into executive coaching and leadership development, Zana spent 10 years working in petroleum and pharmaceutical companies. Most of her corporate experience comes from a regional oil and gas industry where she held a position of a corporate communications director. Now, Zana is all about developing consciously bold leaders ready to live and lead from a place of integrity. She equals personal growth with success, firmly believing that when leaders break through their illusions of knowing and safety into fully honouring their own authenticity and integrity, they can truly lead their organisations into purposeful achievement. Her life-long mission is to cultivate bolder individual and collective leadership within organisations in service of creating a more sustainable and meaningful world. Zana is passionate about holding deep and vulnerable leadership conversations in which she helps leaders face their own truth in a self-aware manner and take a stand for what matters most from the place of an authentic bold leadership. In order to facilitate the paradigm shift for leaders and their teams, she brings hard-loving truth, depth, wisdom and accountability. Zana is a fascinated explorer of adult development and how it impacts leadership; she is a life-long learner and feels most alive surrounded by books and immersed in deep conversations. She is a mother of 5-year old and a step-mother of 22 and 26-year olds, all three of them being her life teachers in both loving and edgy manner.
