I began my journey in the funeral profession while at school, at the age of 14, after attending a family funeral some months previously. It was during that funeral that I knew this is what I was destined to do. I managed to get a school holiday job working for a local Knutsford/Northwich firm whom I continued to work for, full time, when I left school at the age of 16... I started at the bottom gaining vital skills and knowledge in all areas of the work we undertook. On my 23rd birthday I passed the National Association of Funeral Directors Diploma in Funeral Directing... Some 38 years later I still have the greatest passion for helping families who are faced with bereavement. Being entrusted by clients to help, guide and advise is a very special privilege and I strive to continue in my service to you and your loved ones with discretion, honesty, compassion and attention to detail throughout.
