Dr. Alexa Dembek is the Chief Technology & Sustainability Officer for DuPont.
Alexa is a born problem-solver, innovator and education advocate. Through her leadership, she actively champions the company's purpose - to empower the world with the essential innovations to thrive - while building enduring partnerships with customers and strategic partners.
The business success Alexa has achieved is emblematic of her passion for enabling innovation to flourish, a consistent theme spanning three decades at DuPont. Among her many accomplishments, she transformed the company's centralized R&D model to a more responsive, market-oriented innovation engine embedded within each business unit.
Today, Alexa leads business, innovation and sustainability strategy alignment to make the most impactful portfolio choices for DuPont. Alexa joined DuPont as a research chemist and a technical manager, with increasing levels of responsibility in innovation, supply chain, operations, sales and marketing. She held business leadership positions in Advanced Fibers Systems, Building Innovations and Performance Polymers. In addition, she served as Global Business Director for the corporate new business development venture in Energy Storage and led the company's Central Research and Development function before being named to her current role.
Both in her work for DuPont and her personal endeavors, Alexa is a passionate champion of talent development and mentorship for the next generation of innovators. Through her involvement in education initiatives, she creates opportunity through diverse, cross-generational collaboration. Alexa currently serves on the Board of Directors for CoorsTek. She is also a member of the dean's advisory board for Penn State's Eberly College of Science, the Board of Directors of the Delaware Innovation Space, and the Board of Trustees of Hagley Museum and Library. Alexa is the recipient of the 2023 Henry F. Ed oversees the strategic direction of DuPont in creating value by unlocking the full potential of its distinctive capabilities, innovative portfolio, application expertise and deep customer relationships.
Prior to his current role, Ed served as Executive Chairman and advanced the company's strategy of active portfolio management, resulting in the separation of DuPont's Nutrition & Biosciences business and subsequent merger with IFF. Before that, he was chief executive officer of DowDuPont. Prior to the DowDuPont merger, he was chairman and CEO of E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company. Under his leadership, Ed has driven significant performance improvements across DuPont's businesses, negotiated one of the most transformative mergers in the industry to create DowDuPont, and subsequently launched three industry-leading independent companies.
Prior to DuPont, Ed served as chairman and CEO of Tyco International plc ("Tyco") during which he transformed Tyco into a market leader, rescuing the company from near bankruptcy and rebuilding the company's brand and credibility. In that role, he led the company through its successful restructuring, which included the spin-offs of Covidien, TE Connectivity, and ADT Corporation, as well as the merger of Tyco Flow Control with Pentair. Throughout his tenure, he established and met goals within areas of operational excellence and corporate governance.
Ed also served as president of Motorola and as chairman, president, and CEO of General Instrument Corporation. He is credited with instituting cost management programs that made Motorola a more efficient and effective organization and led the company back to profitability, and he generated significant long-term shareholder value for General Instrument by driving a revenue growth strategy.
Ed currently serves on the board of directors of Comcast Corporation, and is a member of the advisory board of New Mountain Capital LLC, a private equity firm.

Leland G. Weaver is President of the DuPont Water & Protection business. In this role, Leland leads a diverse set of businesses that deliver sustainable, technology-based products and solutions for life's essential needs in water, shelter, and safety.
Leland joined DuPont in 2003 as an engineer and subsequently held leadership positions with increasing responsibility spanning manufacturing, strategy, marketing and sales, and finance across multiple businesses.
Prior to being named to his current role, Leland served as Vice President of Investor Relations where he played a principal role engaging with the investment community on DuPont's growth strategy and transformation to a premier multi-industrial company.

During her 20 years as a finance leader with DuPont, Lori has demonstrated expertise across a broad spectrum of finance disciplines as well as developing and executing the right financial strategy to support the achievement of the company's business objectives.
Lori joined the company in 2003 and has since held finance leadership roles spanning business units, the science and technology organization, and corporate functions. Most recently, she was the head of investor relations and corporate financial planning analysis.
She previously led finance for several multi-billion dollar business units including Packaging and Industrial Polymers, Performance Polymers, and Performance Materials. Over the last four years she played a principal role in strategy, planning, and shareholder engagement across the DowDuPont transaction and subsequent split into three new independent companies.
Earlier in her career, Lori served in key finance roles at Comcast Business Communications and Lucent Technologies. She currently serves as a director of Actylis, a leading global virtual manufacturer of life sciences materials and technology.
