Spirit of 2012 was established as an independent Trust by the National Lottery Community Fund in 2013 to build on the legacy of the London 2012 Games. We do this by funding projects and research that enable people to participate in a wide variety of activities from physical activity to the arts and volunteering, and focus on evaluation to fully understand why and how taking part can make people feel better and more connected to their communities...
