Alexander Soh

Andal Krishnan

Andal Krishnan holds a Masters in Training from the University of Leicester. Besides that, she is a licensed trainer in Public Speaking from Guildhall-Trinity College of Music and Drama. She firmly believes that everyone can master the art of speaking and writing as a result of her extensive experience in conducting courses in Business and Technical English. The techniques she uses are customised to suit the needs and profile of participants. Andal incorporates Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) in her methodology besides Accelerated Learning and Multiple Intelligences. As part of her writing repertoire, she copies-edits and proofreads for major publishing houses in Malaysia and does script writing for video productions. To keep abreast with the latest techniques in training skills, Andal is a member of the South-Central Institute of NLP, USA, International Association of Facilitators, USA, and the VP (Learning and Development) for Malaysian Association of Facilitators. In addition, she is a certified trainer with Human Resource Development Berhad (PSMB) and a member of the Society of Copy Editors and Proofreaders UK. She is also a Toastmaster and is currently a Mentor for new Clubs. Her other social involvements include being the Executive Committee of the National Association of Women Entrepreneurs. Recently she represented Malaysia in the APEC summit in Bali and Ho Chi Minh City on the topic of women entrepreneurship. In the service sector, Andal is also involved in the sourcing and marketing of palm-based products for local and overseas markets. She runs her own Accounting Business. Possessing more than 20 years as a Chartered Accountant, Caroline specialises in bookkeeping, process management and management consulting, where she helps entrepreneurs and businesses improve performances and increase profits. She's helped with standardising and keeping track of her client's accounts. It allowed her clients to stop making a loss by discovering all the mistakes they were making. She felt a calling to contribute to society and this brought her in touch with the Catholic Business Fraternity (CBF) group.

Celina Joseph

Celina Joseph is a self- taught culinary wizard. She loves experimenting and exploring with a myriad of flavours and textures. She has the ability to create something out of nothing and attributes this to her creativity and her wicked imaginations. She is the permanent Master Chef at family gatherings and has run a home-based catering service over the span of 10 years. Over the last few years, her cooking style has evolved into a happy marriage between the nose to the tail concept and eclectic cuisine. It simply means, nothing gets wasted and the usually discarded parts are mixed and matched with flavours from around the globe to create something sustainable, delectable and palatable. Over the last 2 years, she has been a mentor with the Catholic Business Fraternity (CBF) group. It is a fully sponsored 6 months Micro-Entrepreneurship Development Programme.

Chan Ching

Mr.Chan Ching Pern received his Bachelors of Degree(Honours) in Chemical Engineering from University of Malaya. He has conducted training in various parts of Malaysia, Singapore and China. He has trained and helped more than 5,000 people to change for the better in their personal capacities. Among these participants are also inclusive of Americans, Britons, French people, Colombians, Indonesians, Australian etc. Some of his esteemed clients are the likes of Shell China, Lafarge Singapore, Toyota Malaysia, Felda Plantation, Multimedia University (MMU),Ramsay Sime Darby Healthcare, Samsung SDI and many more. CP was a Training & Technical Manager with a road safety training and consultancy firm. He believes that people are willing to learn and change for the better. Thus, he incorporates behavioural models like V.A.K, D.I.S.C and NLP in his training programme to engage and encourage his participants to change and grow. Jenny is an adventurous individual, always seeking new things to explore and travel. She has over 2 years of experience working as Secretary cum HR Executive in an oil & gas company. Currently she is 3E's Recruitment agent, helping to secure jobs for clients and securing the right people for businesses seeking employees. A principle that she uses in her work and in her personal life is that People are not your most important asset, the right people are.

She joined 3E to enhance her skills and even broaden it to new fields. 3E has gifted her the opportunity to let her creativity shine through in her work as well as using what she sees from any training programs that 3E does in self-improvement and tries to implement it in her daily life. Julieta is the tech support for this Learning Management System (LMS) system for various trainings that 3E has and will conduct.

Kala Devi

Kala Devi who is the Office Manager of 3E Training & Education since 2014, was the Project Manager for the CBF GIFT MED Programme in 2017. Her career spans from 1980 to current. The fields she has experience in covers administration in the shipping line right up to Head of Production in Natseven TV Sdn Bhd (NTV7). As Head of Production in NTV7, she supervised the Single Camera Production and Multiple Camera Production, responsible for the preparation of production budgets, supervised the production personnel on the offline and online edits, coordinated and liaised with Production, Engineering and Marketing Department for all major programmes or events. She also conducted quality control and to decide on outgoing final productions as to meet the station's requirements and ensured all documentation pertaining to Programme Proposals were in systematic order for consideration of management. As Office Manager of 3E Training & Education, she carries out all general admin & finance work, she coordinates training projects and as Project Manager she managed the budget and timelines of all activities, managed a team of 15 members and 20 participants and tracked, monitored and handled project management to ensure successful achievements of the project objectives and timely & accurate reporting to the stakeholders.

KB Chan

Kubi Springer

Roger Skillen

Roger is a Big-Four trained Chartered Accountant with over 30 years post-qualifying experience.
