AUDIT CONSULT - Key Persons
Anelia Mincheva started her career in 2007 as an Audit Assistant in Moore Stephens, Bulgaria. A year later she joined the Audit Department of KPMG Bulgaria where she spent almost five years. Since 2013 Anelia is an Audit Manager in Audit Consult A&M.
She has long-standing experience in providing audit services to a number of local and international companies including Lufthansa Technik Sofia, BASF, Baumit Bulgaria, Merck Bulgaria, Nova Television, Atlas Copco Bulgaria, Pipe System, Transport Stroy, Bulvaria- Automobile Products and etc.
She is a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants UK (ACCA).
Margarita Matova is the Company‘s sole owner since its establishment. She is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of the Republic of Bulgaria (ICPA) since 1998. Her professional experience includes performing financial statements audit of local and international companies, european projects as well as accounting and tax consulting. She has been a Partner in the international audit company VGD in Bulgaria until 2013.
Margarita has extensive experience in assisting bulgarian companies in post privativization processes.
She has been a tuitor in a number of courses on topics related to national legislation and accounting treatment.
