Baumbach graduated from McGeorge School of Law in 1972 and was admitted to the bar that same year. Mr. Baumbach initially began practicing law in Southern California before relocating in 1979 to Chico, California where he began his private practice. He primarily practices in the areas of employment law, personal injury, and civil rights. Mr. Baumbach has extensive trial experience and has tried hundreds of cases to verdict including over 200 jury trials in state and federal courts. He also has participated in appellate cases at the state and federal levels including actions before the Third District Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
