Chris Bovingdon

Chris Bovingdon is an extremely hard working and proactive agent, with 20 years of experience in the industry. Having worked from Marlow to Maidenhead and now Beaconsfield and South Bucks, he backs up his determination to get people moving, with a fantastic knowledge of the area. Born and bred locally, he previously helped set up other offices for other firms in the area, before becoming a Partner at one of the larger International companies. He felt there was an opportunity to create a firm that was incredibly service orientated and made the decision to start in 2018. His approach is to be reassuringly proactive at all times, making sure that we are doing all we can to maximise the interest for our clients. When he is not working, Chris spends his time with his three daughters, who keep him very preoccupied!

Dan Gifford

Dan started his agency career in 2010 for a small independent firm in his hometown of Chalfont St Peter, and since then has worked for medium-sized independent and large corporate companies across Buckinghamshire, Middlesex and London. He brings a wealth of experience across various markets, and an unrivalled passion for customer service. Going the extra mile is just part of the journey for Dan and his work ethic stems from a 5-year service period in the British Army during which time he gained overseas experience in Uzbekistan, Afghanistan & Estonia."

David Wright

David Wright joined Bovingdons in September 2020 as a Viewings Consultant, having worked in estate agency for 35 years, with over 25 years' experience in Beaconsfield. During his career he developed a real flair for selling all property types and has established such long-term relationships with clients that they have returned to him again and again, trusting his professionalism and reputation for giving balanced advice. His local knowledge is unrivalled and his affable, hard-working demeanour, combined with his experience, flexibility and commitment make him an invaluable addition to the Bovingdons team. David has lived in the area all his life, having grown up in Chalfont St Peter and for the last 17 years in the historic market town of Old Amersham. A keen sportsman, he played golf and hockey for many years for Gerrards Cross and likes to ski regularly in Zell am See, his favourite resort where he was also married to Gilly in 2016. He has run 1 London Marathon and hopes to run another in the next couple of years. As an avid fundraiser, David has also completed the London Breast Cancer Moonwalk twice and is on a local Fundraising Committee for the British Heart Foundation in South Buckinghamshire.

Gabriella Marsh

Gabriella joined Bovingdons in November 2022 as Lettings Operation Manager as a change in career from the fast-paced role she held as a retail manager for Mint Velvet. Her career has always focused on customer service and supporting a team and others around her to ensure success. Gabriella started at Mint Velvet aged 18 where she quickly became the manager, by the age of 19 she was running Oxford Street. For the last 5 years she has been running the flagship Henley - upon - Thames branch, where she built an established client base and outstanding team as well as developed many transferable skills that have enabled her to move across to a new and exciting opportunity at Bovingdons. Her career so far enables a smooth transition as Mint Velvet was a luxury brand with customer service at the heart of what they do. As Lettings Operations Manager she will ensure these high customer service standards are upheld and use her strong organisational skills to enable efficient operational standards. Gabriella was raised and grew up in Penn, where she went to school at Pipers Corner. She recently moved and bought her first home in the Chiltern Hills that is perfect as she has a miniature dachshund Rufus so she can enjoy the beautiful country walks together on the weekends. Gabriella also loves going away to her family home in Rock, Cornwall and heading off to the sunshine multiple times a year. Her favourite winter sun destination is Dubai.

James Cook

James Cook recently joined Bovingdons as an Associate, where he uses his detailed knowledge of the area and extensive previous property experience to connect buyers with their dream home. He grew up in Buckinghamshire where he studied Business and Economics at A level and then went on to gain industry experience in agency, before moving on and managing multiple projects for an award-winning local developer. Having joined Bovingdons in the summer of 2020 he's enjoyed working in an extremely buoyant market, where he liaises with buyers and sellers at all levels. He enjoys the challenge of constantly adapted to accommodate the different challenges that came up throughout the day. His enthusiasm and ability to communicate with multiple clients allows him to provide a high level of service throughout. James thoroughly enjoys working closely with the team at Bovingdons, noting everyone who is involved is the very best at what they do and show a high level of professionalism. He enjoys the fact that Bovingdons are leading the way in new technologies and in keeping with the current times allowed the switch to working from home completely seamlessly. When he is not working, he tends to be on the golf course, gym or in the kitchen.

Sam Burroughs

Sam joined Bovingdons from the get-go and has had an active involvement in growing the business over the last few years, helping establish the agency as the no.1 choice for sellers and buyers in the area. Originally starting in another Buckinghamshire Independent agency nearly 10 years ago he enjoyed a successful period with a large corporate agency before the allure of an independent start up came calling. He is a Director in Sales and enjoys the fluidity of the job where every day is completely different. Working in a service lead industry he feels a genuine desire to provide the best service to clients coupled with best in class marketing he takes great pride in having broken so many sales records within such a short space of time. Proactivity, discreetness and attention to detail are among the many reason Sam is well known and trusted by professionals looking for advice, purchasing or sale of land and property. Outside of work Sam and his wife have recently welcomed a delightful baby girl to the world and is enjoying an exciting new chapter at home. As a keen sportsman he's often found on the hockey pitch with a highlight being representing England U18 many moons ago.

Suzie Morrison

Suzie Morrison was raised in Beaconsfield, however, growing up she was lucky enough to live in Belgium and from there onto Texas where she studied in the Travel and Tourism Industry. Upon returning to England her career took off in the city working for Goldman Sachs and progressed onto Swiss Bank Corporation working for the Global Head of Foreign Exchange and Interest Rates on the trading floor. After 10 enjoyable years in the fast lane, she returned to her family home in Beaconsfield, where she started a family. Since her boys became more independent, she took the time to explore her passion for property, and where better to start than the town her family has been rooted in since 1975. Her local knowledge and contacts allowed her to combine both the people she loves and the properties she knows so well. Suzie has been with the Bovingdons team since the beginning having known Chris for many years. Her role is diverse and depending on what's required if she's not out showing property, she will be found helping out the team in the office and liaising with our valued clients. When she's not working, you will find Suzie walking her two dogs, checking in on family and meeting up with friends. She loves all the fantastic local cafes, bars and restaurants that are on our doorstep, however, one of the joys of Beaconsfield is its proximity to London, which allows her the luxury of being able to pop into town without too much planning. When she's not in the UK, there's nothing she enjoys more than travelling to the ski slopes or in sunnier climates a good book and a sun lounge.
