Botsch & Associates, CPA's, LLC was formed by H. Keith Botsch, CPA, in September, 1991. Botsch & Associates, CPA's is an outgrowth of a partnership that Keith Botsch formed in May of 1983 in Carmi, Illinois. In October, 2001, Keith acquired the former Kemper CPA Group's Carmi, Illinois office. Keith bought out Hunt Accounting in McLeansboro in 1986. Keith also bought Ron Emery Accounting in Harrisburg in 1995. In the spring of 2018, Botsch and Associates was honored to announce Arlynne D.
