Brett Cain is a Super Lawyer Rising Star so says the 2014 edition of Texas Monthly. He began his legal career as a prosecuting attorney for the state of Texas. After putting criminals behind bars he now focuses on holding insurance companies accountable to Texas families. In many ways, the job is the same. Born and raised in Texas, Brett Cain feels helping injured Texans stand up to big insurance companies is his calling.
Brett Cain is licensed to practice law in Texas by the Texas Supreme Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.

As a youth, Neill Nwoha aspired to become one of the top attorneys in Texas, and with a strong sense of justice, and a passion for legal writing, he set out on his journey to reach his aspirations. Law is more than just work; it is a passion. While at St. Mary's University School of Law, he held down a myriad of prestigious positions, including being invited to intern for the City Attorney's Office. And he is proud to have been able to work with some of San Antonio's most notable attorneys.
In his practice, he chose personal injury because it was one of the only fields of law where he felt he could make a real impact in people's lives. It is being able to stand beside his hurt and injured client, and fight on their behalf, that drives him.
Neill is a member of the Texas Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, the Academy of Trucking Accident Attorney's, among other associations. Outside his career, he is an artist, amateur cook, avid reader, and serial hobbyist.

Born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, Rolando de la Garza never imagined he'd be where he is today: in Dallas, Texas, successfully bringing justice to injured victims. After graduating cum laude from Texas A&M University School of Law, Rolando followed his passion for law and became a personal injury attorney, a profession he believes is all about protecting the health and safety of the people.
If you ask Rolando why he's proud to be a personal injury attorney, he will tell you that it is the work of personal injury attorneys just like him that brought life-saving safety measures, like airbags and seatbelts, to America.
Rolando is a member of the Texas Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers, and formerly the Hispanic Bar Association. He is also fluent in Spanish and English. Outside of his career, he is a devoted father of two sons. Rolando's love of food and travel have led him to explore over 25 countries around the world, of which his favorites are Turkey and China.
