Since 2015, Callister Craft Soda has been made by Diana at Callister Brewing. With firm roots in the brewing neighbourhood of Yeast Van, our sodas were born out of the movement toward supporting local, craft, and small independent businesses. Focused on unique flavours and cocktail inspired combinations, we wanted to create sodas that we actually wanted to drink. We already made and enjoyed local craft beer, why compromise on non-alcoholic options? We couldn't find a soda that used real fruit juices, whole ginger, or organic citrus - just artificial flavourings and concentrates. Instead, we use the highest quality, freshest ingredients from local suppliers, supporting other local businesses and diverting waste from other juicing processes... Callister Soda offers locally handmade, creative craft soda flavours. Brewed in small batches with high quality ingredients.
